Machine collected for repair...kept at premises for almost 3 weeks. So many excuses I've forgotten what's real! On return of machine, now in a worse condition than before. We were warned by multiple persons to give them a miss but didn't listen. Stay away from this entity...appears they have no idea what they're doing.
Alex, a technician attached to Cool Ideas made fixing internet issues a breeze and displays the patience of a saint. All problems resolved quickly abd satisfactrily.
Perfomed a pool related service which was not good. Asked to rectify but despite promises did not honour guarantee of repair. Owner/representative Is extremely tardy...will arrive more than 2 hours late even if confirmed that he was on his way. Stay away from this entity...
Cancelled flight 2 days before departure for overseas. On advising Travelstart, I was informed that it would take up to 18 weeks to process and return my airfare (less admin fees). Money was back into my credit card within 10 days. Unbelievable!!!!!
Was offered top up travel insurance from Bryte Insurance via Absa Bank. Off to do some scuba diving and was all good until I checked that my policy was in order. I specifically mentioned that I was diving in Egypt...where the water depth up to 100's of metres deep. Wording in policy is deceptive...only insured when diving in water less than 50m deep and not up to a max depth of 50m, although my licence doesn't allow me to dice to that depth. What a crock! CAREFUL on this....they're not prepared to amend wording.
Trying to get First Pools to respond to various correspondence and calls about honouring a guarantee to fix my pool, which is basically falling apart. The company re-fibreglassed my pool in May 2017, but did such a shabby job that the fibreglass has pulled away from the pool itself. Despite giving me a 5 year warranty, I've had no response to my queries. Be vary careful about using the services of this company...you'll be making a huge mistake.
Vehicle sent to dealership for warranty repair (battery terminals). Remotes also 'dead' as a result of trying to activcate ignition. Asked KIA to replace key remote batteries. Without advising us, I was charged R90 per battery (Panasonic CR2032)...which retails for R 12 each at any store. Also charged R160 for labour to fit the batteries. How can they justify that? My liability as a result of a manufacturers fault. Will dissuade anyone from contracting through Kia Silverlakes. Totally disgusted. Is Kia the rip-off or the dealership...you decide!
