Terrible service. Had planned my wedding flowers with them about 6 months before my wedding and got let down the week before my wedding. They had promised good pricing and to come in budget and then said they were too busy to help me and they couldn't come in budget as we had planned for months. Definitely don't recommend them and won't support them again at all!!
Such amazing service! So impressed with Danny from the Pavillion. He has been so helpful processing an exchange from Johannesburg. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again!!
My phone was stolen from the Mr Price Home Northgate branch on the 28th December 2020. When I asked the staff to see the camera footage they said that most of the MRP shops do not have cameras. The staff was not sincere or helpful at all. I think it should be a legal requirement to have cameras in every shop, what if something more serious like a death had occurred! Very disappointed MRP and will not be shopping in your stores again! Will rather support other shops that have cameras and polite staff members.
Extremely frustrated with Vodacom Fibre!! Have sent in my relocation form as we have moved houses and 3 weeks later I still haven't heard from anyone! I have called them over 10 times, spoken to so many consultants and no one can seem to give me feedback, no one calls me back, I've requested for the manager to call me back and nothing! Not happy at all. I've told them I'm going to cancel my fibre then if no one comes back to me and they don't seem bothered. Extremely unimpressed and I highly recommend you get your fibre elseware.. isn't worth it with Vodacom!
To the next person who is thinking of getting any form of account or device through Telkom... DON'T!!! Let me save all your time and energy now for you. I have been on phone call after phone call with these idiots and I have still not gotten what I need from them. This is not my first time having a problem with them and I am honestly so stupid to take out another contract with them. My wifi was installed on the 31st of March at which they told me the package is R599 per month. Now I am a student and I am working on a tight budget so I really can only afford R599. They now told me I owe R800 due to a pro rata rate for 1 day as my wifi was installed on the 31st of March and not the 1st of April! I then called them to sort out this query which they all had bad attitudes and no interest in genuinely helping me. I was then told that they are struggling to find me on their system and I asked 4 people before someone was actually able to email me my statement to pay this ridiculous fee so I know I won't get a bad mark against my name. Long story short.. Bad attitude, bad service, false advertising and will never get any device or contract through telkom again and I will advise everyone I know against it too and help people I don't know from all the hours you will be on the phone, rather save your time, energy and most importantly mentality! Very very disappointing and disgusted
Our Wi-Fi has not been working for over 2 weeks now and we have called Telkom countless times and they are not interested at all in coming to help us. And we need our Wi-Fi as we have a home run business. Makes me very angry as they don't care about their clients and seem to not be bothered at all if they lose our business or not. Will definitely be looking for a new internet service provider ?
