The alarm went off on Saturday the 08 April 2023 and no one responded. Myself and my wife was not home and could not receive any calls, my mother in law was home alone and anything could have happened the security company that is supposed to look after us does not even check why the alarm was triggered. And you need to pay such a lot of money each month you quick to debit my account but when it comes to service then is nothing. THIS IS PATHETIC
My husband have a subscription with Rain on a month to month basis (So according to me that means no payment no service) that is not this case we have not used their services for a few months now but they are requesting payment. Now my question is why you are phoning for payment if no services were rendered (Sim card was and is not working) and this is a month to month contract. (With DSTV month to month means that you pay and you watch if you do not pay they switch your service off and when you want to watch again you just pay a reconnection fee and payment for that month not all those months that you didn’t watch you need to pay) RAIN IS SKELM
BAD SERVICE We received this IP Deck phone from them! on Monday and we have been trying to register it since then, and its FRIDAY today whole week we have been trying to contact them the consultants keep on saying Please hold the line then they drop the call. What must you do to get proper service from them. And all those calls cost money will Telkom reimburse me for all the call that have been made to there call center? Now when got hold of some consultant she advised that he PC froze what is that got to do with the customer they BAD AT COSTOMER SERVICE. I have worked in a call center and the service that we have been receiving from them (TELKOM) this whole week is not expectable. They are REALLY BAD
We contacted them (PELICAN POOLS) to advise that there is a crack in the pool, and they need to fix it after numerous tempts to contact them they said that they will send someone out but up until today no one even phoned back to advise by when someone will come out, even asses the damage of the pool. they have pathetic after service. IRATE CUSTOMER
