Battery Powerzone Westmead in Pinetown delivered a service that exceeded my expectations. Their convenient call-out service and unbeatable prices set them apart. Despite a minor hiccup with the battery size initially quoted, the agent promptly returned with the correct, even cheaper size—a delightful surprise! They ensured flawless installation, provided clear warranty details, and made payment effortless. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

Recently i was on the hunt for a new insurance company for our vehicles as we had been let down by our current insurance provider recently, upon the online request i was contacted immediately with a great quote, however couldn't take them up as we had a unexpected long term financial issue that arose. When we are in a better space will definitely be contacting them...
Love the specials they have online, ordered a pair of earrings from them and i obviously had forgotten how long delivery would take, i emailed them my query and within the hour they reassured me of my order.. Also love their quality..
I would love to give a shout out to KZN Locksmith in Berea for being so efficient and helping us out when our insurance couldn't give a damn and even referred us to someone to help service the locks and buttons on our vehicle, you guys are amazing please keep doing what you are doing
On the 16th of September my car battery had died due to me leaving the lights on in the vehicle, because i was at work at the time and my husband couldn't get to me he Whatsapped King Price to which they had replied saying they were closed for the day which we understood, i managed to get a lift home. Following the next 2 days we had yet to receive correspondence from King Price regarding the WhatsApp to which they were quite confused to when we did contact them on Friday hoping they would help us, only to then be told because i didn't lock my keys in the vehicle i would have to pay a call out fee of R395! Really? during a time that i hadn't gotten paid nor did my husband, yet a premium is paid every single month without fail from us to King Price. Eventually i received a call from a manager who was directed to me by my husband who is the policy holder as his phone battery was low and he was hoping they would resolve the issue with me, i had spoken to the manager saying i was unable to afford the call out fee to which he said he would make a plan and get back to me, by this time my car had been sitting at my place of work for 2 days with a stone dead battery and we had no access into the vehicle because it has central locking and the manual lock wasn't working with the key. While looking for a locksmith on my own i bumped into the contracted locksmith to King Price for KZN who was happy to help me outside of the insurance and also informed me that nobody from the insurance had contacted them to assist me (no surprise) they even understood my financial situation and offered to lower the price, I had fetched my vehicle at 12pm on Saturday, it is now Monday the 21st and i am yet to have them call and assist me. They then have the nerve to email my husband asking him rate the service, ya, its a no for me... We shall be taking our time, money and safety elsewhere as it is very unnerving how they regard the safety of their clients, luckily i was at work where the vehicle and myself are safe, had i been in a remote area or shopping mall, different story then.
I hired a car with Woodford on the 18 of September 2019, upon fetching the vehicle a R4000 deposit was taken from me as a security measure, which i fully understood. When we got to the vehicle the fuel gauge was faulty to which i asked for a new vehicle that had a working fuel gauge, which we received. When returning it we had filled the tank at the BP near CPT airport but the gauge didnt show a full tank but the attendant assured us it was full. We didnt keep the receipts unfortunately and we paid with cash. We had dropped the vehicle off at the Woodford CPT airport. Later on I went via eDreams to complain that i hadnt been refunded my R4000 to which a rep responded saying we didnt full the tank blah blah i sent a receipt which also meant we would have had to pay for the missing fuel plus a R50 extra as that is what their terms and conditions stated. I agreed for them to take the amount of which was R131+- and R50 but i havent received the remaining balance of R3000+- I got no joy from the eDreams lady whose name i have on record but i want a refund. Its over a month and a few days and no word from Woodford. When I try calling them it takes you to the prompts once you select a option it cuts off.
We purchased a vehicle at the end of October from this dealership. A few things on the vehicle weren't working we were assured that it would be fixed, the car has been sent in twice with the repairs not done, upon calling these people they seemed to have no courtesy to call us with regards to when the repairs will be done, our vehicle has been sitting with them from last week, according to the salesman he said he informed my husband as to when the part will arrive, according to my husband no communication of that sort has happened, only upon calling today was I informed of that. We are constantly being inconvenienced with having to run back and forth only for repairs not to have been done. Closed to cancelling the deal as i am within my 30 day period.
