I recently used Maison for a move on Saturday, August 2nd, and the experience was utterly disappointing and unacceptable. To my surprise, the team that arrived was from Charles Movers, not Maison itself. There was no Maison logo or branding present, and it became clear that Maison had outsourced our move to a third-party vendor. I was under the impression that I was hiring Maison's own moving company, not a subcontractor. The movers arrived 5 hours late without any prior notification, and when they finally arrived, they quoted us for a truck and trailer, but the trailer wasn't even attached. The driver and his team were unprofessional, and none of our move-out restrictions or move-in details were communicated to them. The driver was on his phone most of the time, and they rushed to pack our belongings due to the time constraint. They even asked us to provide them with lunch, which was not our responsibility. During the packing process, most of our belongings were damaged, including our fridge and tables. When we arrived at the new location, the driver demanded additional payment, citing the need for extra labour to move our belongings to the 3rd floor. Despite our attempts to reason with him, he threatened to leave our belongings and abandon the move. It took 30 minutes of arguing to finally get hold of Maison, but even then, the driver refused to continue. To add insult to injury, if my husband hadn't informed them that we had already paid a deposit, they would have likely left us high and dry without completing the move. To make matters worse, one of the helpers stole money from us, which we only realized later. The driver also insisted on payment directly to him, and Maison has not responded to any of our messages since then. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise against using Maison. The fact that they outsourced our move to a third-party vendor without transparency or clear communication is unacceptable. As a customer, it's unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect and disregard for our belongings. We'll be taking steps to ensure we're better prepared for our next move and will definitely not be using Maison again.

Very Poor Dine In Service Lunch!! Placed an order @ 13:10 only recieved our order @13:45 only leaving us with only 15 min to enjoy lunch , was really not pleased the service
Good Day Hello Peter Trust that you are well I would like to formally write a complaint about KFC Angelo Mall as the incident happened on the 4th of April last week Thursday. I wanted to buy a Family meal but instead ended up buying zinger wings due to the poor service & the worst treatment experienced by the Manager that caused the cashier to feel embarrassed as the manager was shouting at the cashier while serving the customers which is not acceptable conduct as it was very unprofessional.

Last Year my Checque Account was handed over to Standard Bank Lawyers - Which I paid in full . On the last payment of R42. odd cents they advised me that i can pay the outstanding amount @ the nearest Branch - Which i went to & standard bank advised me my accont paid in full & Std bank needs to remove me from ITC . They advised me was 7-14 working days which i though would be done . but only recently i discovered I'm still on ITC. When i called to finds out they advised me that i still owe 42. odd cents . When i went through to Standard bank October Last Year I closed all my accounts because there was no outstanding amount. I have my Confirmation Letter from Standard bank that my account paid up . Please can this be rectified & can i be removed from ITC as soon as possible
On the 21/12/2019 I ordered from New Road Midrand a Streetwise Bucket for 1 and only received a Piece chicken covered in not their original Spice . On the 03/01/2020 I ordered a Mega Mc****in Meal with Juice , when it arrived the Driver advised me he had spilled have the juice when i requested him to take it back he refused. I am really getting disappointed by the service I am receiving by Mr D Foods and this is unacceptable
I would just like to say im very irate about the service im getting from MBDS Debt Collection Agency They have yet again debited me twice today as i am faitfull to my word on my bedit order and would like them to refund me
I have notified FFW last month on the 5th that my Banking details have changed as i called them and they confirmed it has been updated on their system???which was appaerently not .... seeing that i got sms tonight that they have debited me from my old Standbank Account ?i am really furious I am a loyal customer and pay them every month make sure that i leave the money my account ..... but no !!!! Now they have pused me seeing that they have not listend they will reverse all debit orders and make a note on the sytem that this will not affect my ITC ?!!!!!! I want this fixed asap and they will debit from FNB .... and they will get a call from me tommrow morning as they will fix this asap
