Have tried to contact Sonja several times (on the 15th, 16th, and 17th of March) to make a booking to view properties and even though she reads the messages she doesnt bother to respond what so ever. Would not recommend getting her to lease your properties as she clearly isnt bothered with getting back to interested potential tenants/ buyers. Update - after sending her a sarcastics message stating "Thank you for great service and assistance in getting back to me regarding an appointment" she finally responded the next day and arranged for a viewing for the propery tomorrow (the 25th of March) everything was set for the viewing untill i just received a call from her threatening that she wont be doing any business with me and refuses to assist with any viewings unless i remove my honest review. I explained to her that i only posted my experience and she then accused me of lying. I then told her i will gladly send her the screen shots of my messages and she suddenly said she never received my messages. The funny part is, how could she suddenly respond and make arrangements to messages she claims to have never received? I find her attitude and threats highly disgusting and extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend dealing with someone with such lack of professionalism.
I applied for a fiber line over 2 months ago with Webafrica. Worst decision of my life. We still have no internet. They briefly activated our fiber for less then a week and we discovered that they took over our neighbor's line and cancelled their fiber and connected our fiber to theirs. We have been going over and over this with them for the past 2 months. We even told them that they keep activating the incorrect line instead of ours and nothing was being done to fix it. It was like groundhog day, the same thing every single day for the past 2 months. We would log a call every day, tell the consultants the same story over and over again, they would advise it been escalated and nothing would happen from there. I even went as far as to mail the CEO of webafrica to get this sorted. It was escalated very quickly to the critical care unit where i was advised they would handle it and get it up and running in no time. They advised they would have to cancel the order with vuma as it was under the wrong address and place a new one under the correct address. Here i sit a week later with no feedbanck from Warran in critical care that was supposed to get it sorted out for me. He doesnt answer my emails or calls. The gent in the complaints department emailed me back advising our line would be up and running in latest 48 hours which would be tomorrow. Vuma advised me that the line was activated on their side and the problem is once again with webafrica as we cant connect to the internet. So here i go again to log a call as i was advised our line is activated by vuma but still no internet, when one again the same information was given to me as all the times before. I was advised that webafrica cant activate our line as its with another ISP, which is the same story as before which tells me they probably activated the incorrect line again! 2 month of this? Its absolutely ridiculous! I even tried to cancel and had to speak to 3 different consultants to get the info i needed to cancel and get a refund for the 2 months i was debited. To cancel is a nightmare as no one wants to help me? Also, you can only get a hold of them via WhatsApp which takes hours for them to reply. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Webafrica, they are single handedly the most useless and incompetent conpany i have ever had to deal with. They give no feedback and dont bother getting back to you.
Not happy with the service we received from the Sandwich Baron in Germiston today. We placed out order online at 10:43 am, waited over an hour and i decided to phone at 11:20, when the lady answered she simply stated that they are busy and that they dont even have time to answer the phone and that our order will arrive some time today and slammed the phone down. She didnt even ask for my name or my number or what i ordered, Nothing! "Some time today"? What sort of an answer is that? I finally decided to phone back again at 12:45 pm an this is now 2 hours that we have been waiting. The phone rang for 7 minutes before it was answered, she finally asked for my name and put me on hold for another 5 minutes then told me ok the driver is on his way. We finally received our food at 1:25pm - 2 HOURS AND 40 Minutes after we placed the order. I find this unacceptable and wont be ordering from them again if this is the type of service we will be receiving.
Absolutely Appalled by the service from Romans in Lambton! Taking 2 hours to deliver our order and not getting any proper feedback except the staff telling us the order is out and the driver got lost. I had to keep following up with them and had to give my address to them 3 times (which was on the online order), and waiting 2 hours for them to deliver 3 simple items, and on top of that they were so rude when speaking to them!? I will never support them again!
My husband and i got married in May 2018 and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Gerhard at Gerhard Louw Photohraphy as our photographer. He was on time, Polite, Professional and we found working with him to be such a wonderful and comfortable experience. I have recommended him to a few family and friends for their weddings and their experienced were just as satisfying. The photos came out beautifully and we got it much sooner then expected. I Highly recommend using him for any weddings or functions, dealing with him was an absolute pleasure!
Absolutely disgusted at the repair work done by Collision Pros Edenvale! How they are even used by insurance companies are beyond me! I was in an accident and my vehicle was sent to Collision Pros Edenvale via my insurance company. Not only did it take a month and s half for me to get my vehicle back but the condition in which it was returned sickens me! My wheel alignment is so messed up that my steering wheel is at a 45 degree angle when my wheels are straight, also my suspension is so busted that my tire is s****ing the inside of the car. When my fiance told them its unexceptable, they stated that "they cant repair it or something else will break" The repair work is not fitted properly and the car is covered in oil on the inside including my seats. Seats have not been placed back correctly and i suddenly have a dent on the inside of my door with added scratches that were never there. This level of service astounds me!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!
