BYE TAKEALOT - HELLO AMAZON
DON'T WORRY SA, AMAZON IS COMING TO BULLDOZE TAKEALOT. Takealot refunded me R295 and still owe me R747 in refunds that have not been refunded back to me. Trying to get my money back is a ****** NIGHTMARE. Staff are useless, don't get back to me, and keep passing this on "to the relevant department." I am SO sick of Takealot, ready for Amazon!

Unacceptable Service
LANCET IN THRUPPS CENTRE - My elderly father and I both fasted for blood tests, and were at Lancet in Thrupps 8AM on Thursday 8 February (the time they open during the week). Another doctor informed us that no, there is no one there because they got a “last minute call” to be in Rosebank instead. What kind of business is this? That we now have no idea when someone will or will not be there to take a bloods anymore because of “last minute calls”? Totally unacceptable.

NO EMAIL SENT
I’m battling to understand exactly why it’s apparently impossible to send me one email so I can pay for my parcel. 3 days with no email. This is ridiculous!!!! I have chosen to collect the parcel seeing as the reviews here reflect how impossible it is to ever receive anything. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT SENDING ME AN EMAIL?????
