Telkom Charging Me for a Fibre Line That Was NEVER Installed – Now Threatening Legal Action!
*****ulent account Vodacom has reinstated an very old account on my name where they have debited my account for months, when I realized this I contacted my bank to stop this immediately as this was ***** done from the Mall@Carnival branch. I contacted vodacom where I was told to communicate with there ***** department as I never signed or agreed to have any old contracts activated, I don't even have the device or sim cards as I threw it away in the same year I canceled my contact. A few months later I was handed over to the first lawyers T.J. MAODI INC. I worked with Unathi Maqubela there theam leader, I was told to get a affidavit from the police and support it with personal documents which I did. They said they would investigate and revert back to me, weeks later they contacted me with no feedback from Vodacom. Later I contacted them where I was told Vodacom is not corresponding and they had no idea what was going on. It went quite and then I was contacted by the second lawyers who was placed on the case, HP attorneys where I was working with Lauren David's. After explaining everything I had to re submit all the documents as per the same to the first lawyers. I queried why there was new lawyers working on the case and was told that should Vodacom not be satisfied with the lawyers they will just get the next group involved. As per the same with Unathi, Vodacom also never responded to HP attorneys I followed up numerous times and Vodacom gave no feedback. I made contact with the ***** department at Vodacom and their own employees told me that it would probably be best if I just settled the account where I asked why should I pay if they are the ones that committed *****, I asked them to send me a copy of the contract to see where I signed for this and even asked if they can provide CCTV footage where I went to Carnival mall Vodacom to get this contract reinstated. They completely failed to do so. I recently went to purchase a new vehicle and was declined due to an itc record on my name from Vodacom which is so unfair and ******** as I have tried everything to work with Vodacom to get this ***** of my name but they refuse, they don't even bother sending a response to my mails. Now for the third time I have been contacted by new lawyers Burnard, Raaf & Associates whom was handed the case I am currently working with them where I once again had to take time in re sending all the documents and like always with Vodacom now we wait. I really feel disrespected, harassed and embarrassed by Vodacom SA. Worst part is they still haras me weekly to ofer new contacts, I will never go to Vodacom ever again I'm fully trusting in MTN, Cell C and Telkom. Vodacom is full of ***** and I suggest that no one ever trusts them with banking details or old contracts. Vodacom should send me a letter where I want all my details and old contracts deleted of there system, and I request that the reimburse my money that they *****ulently took of my account. I never even had the chance to use the data I paid for!!!!!!I'm sure this was used by a Vodacom employee for his own personal use where I paid for it not knowing and am now liable to pay as I need my name of it!!!!!

I bought my dstv decoder had it a few months and it broke, I tried to get dstv out a number of times but had no success. Then I decided to cancel in April, only realizing that that have debited me 3 months after cancellation I phoned in and it was never cancelled from dstv's side. Phoning a number of consultants getting reference number after reference number up until today with NO success. Ref: ********** 0/I76 the last call I made in October the 2nd with no luck once again. I get told that the refund will be paid in 7 days it has been 7 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ref : ********** /I81 my call today 1Dec 2017... Saying 7 days again.... Absolute shocking **** service from dstv a disgrace!!!!!
