The connecting train at Marlboro to the airport always leaves before scheduled time citing that the platform was empty. Why have a schedule if you are going to behave like a taxi? The inconvenience is costly as I missed my flight waiting for the next train. I wrote to the Gautrain office and they never responded to date since last year December.
Bean Tree Cafe Sasolburg sold me a bacon and cheese sandwich instead of beef and cheese. I don’t eat pork and their label read” beef sandwich R39”, the lady from the back confirmed that it’s pork but the kitchen insisted that their beef looks like pork, really! The lady behind the counter said “ it’s not like you’re going to die or anything it’s just pork “ disgusting 🤮
I cancelled my order as it would have taken 3 hrs and 20 minutes to be delivered. Upon ringing your contact centre I had a bad experience with an Agent who was very condescending and told me that “it’s sixty minutes from the ordered being collected is there anything else?”. I will never ever again spend my hard earned money with Checkers as clearly they have acquired enough clients and can afford to be rude when they don’t honour they sixty minutes delivery promise. I have asked previously as to why am I gridded to one Checkers store when I have more within a 10km radius and I was told that’s how you operate. It’s an inconvenience for clients especially when that particular store constantly doesn’t have all items. Your product development team and innovations team needs to keep up with client demands. Why is your own promised sixty minutes now becomes 3hr20mins??? I want the transcript of the Agent that spoke to me when I rang your customer care line today at 12:43 on order 127319682A sent to me please. I have always received good service until this year, you have dropped the ball. The worst not being flexible on choosing a Checkers store myself and being stuck on being gridded to one specific store 🚮🚮🚮 in 2024.
I don’t understand why they don’t use cardless payment methods such as Applepay in 2024. It’s such an inconvenience as I don’t carry my physical cards at all
I have a business account with MTN and downgraded one of the lines that were due for an upgrade without a handset to R400 from R1946.35 but MTN continues to bill me the old amount and ignores my e-mails regarding the matter. If I do not pay it they suspend my whole account and have not passed the credit as they should to the account. The effective date of the new premium was 1st March 2024.
The staff told us that the staff is on lunch and hence the long wait!
Terrible customer service, disgusting to be exact! I app**** for x2 additional lines on an existing business contract at 10:20 a.m. yesterday and have been told MTN is delaying, lies ! Then this one Catharina a service agent sends me a text that she is still waiting today at 11:20 and never bother again. I rang her given mobile number it went unanswered to my horror when I rang their call centre the store told them she has logged off and they cannot assist me now. She knew very well that I am travelling outside the country tomorrow morning at 06:00 a.m. and the lines are for my support employees! This is bad I am very disappointed I should have just gone straight to MTN. The worst the store manager told me straight over the phone that she can’t assist, such nonsense!!!
I went into Nando’s in Sandton City Mall and ordered a takeaway meal, paid and sat down to wait for my order. I noticed as time lapsed that three clients who ordered after me had long received their orders and left. I politely approached the counter and the lady manager asked the other lady, who fumbled around looking for it and couldn’t find it initially, later she says I must wait a bit longer for the wedges and that is when I didn’t understand. I asked for the transaction to be reversed back into my card and the lady manager refused and said she doesn’t want this to go via head office. I insisted, she said I must fill out some form and I realized that she never did reverse the transaction as I have instructed her as I refused to take the cash. She still didn’t and just reprinted the till slip and said I should go. Such horrible service and how is the retailer going to refund me back my money?
I ordered my meal and paid for it, the cashier was very friendly. I went to my table and waited for my meal. On arrival the waiter doesn't greet, leaves the plate at the corner of the table, no cutlery, no salt and sauces were offered. I nicely asked for salt, cutlery and napkins. She responded with such bad body language and attitude citing "we are very busy and cutlery is not ready". I'm disappointed as a client I should ask for these items. I'm never eating at this place again.
