Krispy Kreme CANAL WALK Store- Staff's Attitudes WHAT THE ACTUAL?
CANAL WALK BRANCH Century City 24 Feb 2026 Ordering online for colleagues at work; the incorrect order was sent via Uber Eats. Notwithstanding trying to make sense of the staff answering the phones; but Blown Away by being told - Is Your Fault the order is Wrong! I paid for 12 fancy doughnuts and received Ordinary Glazed x12. NO MANAGER (Linda?) in store apparently- Hence the **** attitude and Argumentativeness of the 2 female staff on the phone. This was Eventually sorted out by Pierre; but not before my Birthday morning was ruined by their lousy attitude. Will NEVER support this store again; and by default very much doubt i will bother supporting Krispy Kreme again; either.

Money taken by Perfect Dealz; No Stock; and Waiting for my Refund
I ordered and made payment. NOTHING HEARD FROM REAL DEALZ. The only response was from PayFast confirming Perfect Dealz had been successfully paid. Only after enquiring with Perfect Dealz did I get an email; Short Story Long- No product and they wpould refund me. Let's see if the refund does in fact get processedReal Dealz processed the payment 3 Days after I paid; Clearly more than enough time to Check Stock; which should not be sellable on the site if there is No Stock? I will Never use Perfect Dealz again; there are plenty of other legit and professional on-line stores. You give On-Line businesses a Bad Name.

Taxify Ripoff
I caught a Taxify last night from Wynberg to Constantia. I paid the driver cash for a 4,3km trip. (R30.00, and tipped him R10.00) This morning in my mailbox, I receive an invoice for R 265.00, for a trip from Wynberg to Bellville; which they truly seem to think would be o.k to deduct off my credit card. Despite trying the Cape Town number (voicemail) and the other is a fax line, and lodging at least 5 individual complaints on their customer service whatsapp; I have had absolutely no response, until now. I have cancelled my credit card because of this, and reported them to ABSA for fraud. Would love a response of some kind, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
