Absolute professional, and such a nice guy. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He fitted our solar panels and the system is so well done one would think it was part of the original build. His work is so neat and tidy, one would never know additional work has been carried out. The poor man sweltered in the ceiling to sort out the mess left by other contractors. Everything works as it should, our DB board is rewired and properly labeled, no mess, no fuss, just professionally carried out work. Such a nice man, he helped out with things that were not in the quote because he felt they looked badly done by the previous people. So happy we found this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
My Renault broke down when I was at a Drs. appointment. I contacted Carter Renault and spoke with an amazing man, Ashley in the service department. He gave me the contact number for Renault Roadside Assistance and we arranged the vehicle would go to their dealership as it was due for a service anyway. Renault Roadside Assistance were superb in arranging a towing company to come through. I had in the meanwhile left to go to work thanks to a lift from a colleague, and my son waited at the car. the tow truck established the fault was the battery. He jump started the car and my son drove to Carter Renault. i can only describe the service I received from Ashley as Royal Treatment. He arranged for my vehicle to be serviced through the extended warranty, was quite amenable for my son to purchase the brakes, discs and battery through his place of work, and kept in constant contact with me so I was aware of what was happening at all times. This is a fairly new dealership, but their staff really go out of their way to treat each customer as though they are the most special customer they have. I would not hesitate to refer any Renault driver to give them a try! Thank you so much Ashley, as I said on the phone, you are a SUPERSTAR!!!
My son got stuck with our car at the car wash. After a bit of a panic I told him to download the MiWay app on his phone. In the meanwhile I phoned the call centre and asked for assistance. An amazing man by the name of Dean assisted me. He arranged for a tow truck which arrived really quickly and the lovely driver, Thabo, managed to disengage the starter that was stuck and got my son back on the road in a jiffy. Thank you Dean and the towing service, you guys were really stars ***
WOOLWORTHS HAVE HANDED OVER ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR COLLECTION AND SOMEHOW HAVE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NEVER, AND I CAN ASSURE YOU AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER OWN A WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT. EVERY TIME I CONTACT MBD THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE REMOVED MY NUMBER FROM THE SYSTEM ONLY TO HAVE THEM SEND ME SMS MESSAGES A WHILE LATER. THIS LAST TIME I CONTACTED THEM ON 27TH NOVEMBER AND WAS PROMISED MY CELL NUMBER WOULD BE REMOVED. SUBSEQUENTLY I RECEIVED A FURTHER SMS ON 30TH NOVEMBER AND AGAIN TODAY, 1ST DECEMBER. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THEIR USELESS INEFFICIENCY. IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING WOOLWORTHS ON HELLOPETER.
