Absolute design shop
Will not recommended anyone to order any items from Elaine of Absolute Design Shop. I ordered items in 2022 and most of the items are still not delivered. The items that was delivered was of a substandard quality. Nothing she made was like the pictures and spesifications i provided there i returned most of the items. Elaine always promise to deliver tge items and when the day comes on which delivery needs to take place she always had excuses of why she cannot deliver. Elaine refuses to repay me for the items that was never delivered and the items returned. She owes me R 57 000. Please be careful before you buy something from Abosule Design Shop

Telkom Internet
I applied for uncappe internet online in October 2017. Firstly when the technician came to install the cabels he did not bring the router or LIT allong we had to got to the store to get it ourself, when we arrived at the store we were informed that none of the stores had any LIT boxes therefore we had to call telkom again to courier the LIT box. The intergrated sim was also not included therefor we visted the shop, after hours in the line because most of the consultans was on lunch we were help with no success cause the system was apparently hanging, we were given the intergrated sim card and told we will be called after it was activated. We did not receive a call therefor we called the shop and was told to call the 10213 number wereafter we call and the consultant said that it will be activated within 24 hours. We waited the 24 hours and it was activated. We only used it once. On 29 or 30 November we received an sms that said we can come and collect the intergrated sim card therefor we inserted the sim again to see if it still worked but it did not. We went to the store on 2 December to ask what is going on and to collect the sim but was told that that the person from whom we must collect is not working and if we want to be assisted we must go stand in the line therefor we left because we are not willing to stand in a line for 2 or more hours cause again there are only to consultants csuse the rest is not working or on lunch. This causes us alot of inconvenience and is totaly unacceptable.
