I was skeptical but am pleasantly surprised!
I received my Tecno Train TT4 2024 Walking And Jogging Pad a few days ago. So far the aftersales support has been amazing and I was also happy to find out that the time limit on this model was 1hour compared to the previous model. Technotrain is easily contactable by whatsapp message and seem to be on top of any questions I have on their product. No complaints so far!

Poor Quality Jewelry
I received my engagement ring a year ago, it has been back to NWJ 3 times within this year as the stones keep falling I out. I don't sleep with the ring on. I don't shower or wash dishes with the ring on as I'm so scared to lose the diamonds. Yet, the diamonds fall out. When my fiance and I purchased the ring the sales consultant promised that the stones are set and I could "punch" my partner and the stones wouldn't fall out when I asked about this exact issue. Quite frankly I'd like the money back so we could buy a ring elsewhere that won't have these issues. Everytime I go back they tell me it's just normal "wear and tear" but I don't wear my ring nearly enough and for the diamonds for fall out 3x in a year? This ring is a flook and I am extremely unhappy. I have received absolutely no joy from the staff at NWJ Pavillion either. They just keep sending it back and promising this time it will be fine.

Good Service
Good service. Efficient staff. No issues with payments. Small increase for 2018. Reasonable products prvided for price paid. Better dental opions would be nice.
