I, unfortunately, cannot give zero ratings, this company is the absolute worst and I think the shocking part is that they don't care. They promise overnight delivery and speedy deliveries but that's never the case. My delivery as per my follow up with them was scheduled for Monday the 25th of April, the Tuesday, Wednesday was a holiday, then Thursday again and now I'm being told Friday. I can't get the couriers number, I can't have the receiver collect it. I do not know a more incompetent company, they do not value the clients at all. for piece of mind I strongly suggest you don't use it.
I had a parcel sent to me on Friday the 26th of November 2021 and it was scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 2nd of December 2021. Since the 2nd of December I've been calling trying to find out what's happening and everyday I'm being lied to, they tell me the driver is out for delivery and I explain on the 6th of December they must tell me the truth regarding the parcel, I received a call and was told the driver is coming. I called again and their line was bad and they said they would call me back, still nothing. Mind you I'm using my own money to make these calls and waiting for tens of minutes on end. It's bad enough that they have horrible service and can't keep to their own deadlines but honestly the lying makes matters worse because it shows they have absolutely no respect for their clients. Aramex is such a terrible delivery service! If I could give it no ratings that's what I would have done. Absolutely no recommendations from my side.
I would not recommend Dr. Derma services, the doctor I chose was non-responsive in the time frame promised, I have been struggling to get a refund since. Horrible horrible service. I'M SO UNHAPPY!!!
I went to the Galleria branch of Telkom on the 12th of August 2018 to do a sim swap on my number, I waited 1 hour to get to the front of the line, upon arrival after spending a further 20 minutes was told that I would not be assisted as my number had somehow been blocked. My case was lodged. I was told someone would be in touch with me during the course of the week, and nothing happened. I called to find out how far they are and I keep being told its been moved to the next department still no phone call nothing, today 29th of August 2018, I'm told it will take up to 72 working hours, which means I could well get my number back in id September, its unacceptable that I am treated like this especially as a paying customer! I have used my number for several job applications and I don't know what opportunities have come up during this time, I'm especially upset because no one seems to understand my frustration and no one seems to care that I've been without a cellphone number for almost 3 weeks, please assist me in this regard.
