Zero Customer Service
I've been trying to reach out to them for months but I'm being ignored, I consulted online a few months back and was charged double they won't respond to my emails nor will they won't refund me!!!

Quick and efficient service from Dr. Derma
Dr. Derma is a very good online medical service which is helpful in times when it is difficult to get an in-person appointment on short notice. Dermatologists have a 2-3 month waiting period on average, therefore Dr. Derma makes it helpful to get medical feedback in a few days. I received my diagnosis, prescription and additional information from Dr Tarryn Jacobs within one working day. This helped me to get started on the correct prescription cream until I go for my in-person appointment.

Terrible service
They took my money, they never delivered and when I complained they said they will refund and never did, they said it’s a problem with the bank and ended up not replying to my email.

Brilliant, professional service
Thank you Dr. derma for your prompt, professional service. I was able get my diagnosis in a timely manner, long before seeing my usual dermatologist who has a waiting list until June. Highly recommend this service.

Payment successful but they claimed it failed
I made payment for the virtual consultation and received a failed payment error but the money was taken from my account. I sent an email. I would not recommend Dr. Derma services, the doctor I chose was non-responsive in the time frame promised, I have been struggling to get a refund since. Horrible horrible service. I'M SO UNHAPPY!!!
