Worst courier company ever!
Do not ever use this courier company. This is the worst courier company ever. They will lose your parcel and then never answer their phones or emails or call you back. They are horrible in their customer service.

No straight road with Cloud 9 Hair
I purchased a cloud 9 hair straightener. It is one of the most expensive straigtheners on the market. Seven months later it malfunctioned. I sent it back to the manufacturers. It is has been two months and I have not received the new one they promised. I am told that they do not have new consignment stock from the UK. I asked for a refund. There has been NO response from them whatsoever. Cloud 9 hair is the worst at responding.
