Mweb communication is the worst. The available contact are not waiting. They keep you waiting on the chat for hours. My router is not switching on and l have been waiting for 2 days to talk to anyone from the technical team. Don't buy their products they are the worst- poor communication and customer service.
I was signed to get more by Cell C and l realised that they sold me a lie and l cancelled the service 2 months ago. Unfortunately they are still deducting the money. This day light *******. Please Cell C cancel this **** urgently- l dont need it.
Withdrew my child because of progression issues from Spark Schools Randburg Primary. I made ut clear towards the end of last year that if my daughter is not progressed, l am withdrawing her from the school. Isntead of scheduling the meeting last year, the management scheduled it in January this year [2025] and the decission was not to progress the learner. Therefore l withdrew the learner and cancelled the contract. Although the learner did not attend even a single class in 2025, l was told l owe the school 3 months' fees including the stationary. This withdrawal depended on their progression decision which was decided at a meeting scheduled by the management at their own convinient time. This is day light *******- how can the parent, for the first 3 months of the year, pay 2 times [at the new school and former school- Spark]?
I withdrew my daughter from Spark Primary School Randburg because of progression issues. By the way, their progression system is against the Department of Education Progression Policy. She did not go back in 2025. Though l indicated in November that if she is not progressed, she will be withdrawn, and l completed the rermination forms, they are still billing me, citing that there is a 3 months notice as per the contract. Isnt we pay for service we receive? Are you saying for those 3 months, the parent must pay double fees (at your school and the new school)? Furthermore, they are still sending me the study material as if my daughter is still attending there. The circumstances which led to the withdrawal of my daughter were beyond my control and l wont pay for that. Please reactify this because l will take it up with the Department of Education. You really deserve class action. My parent code is MTO7458.
We had issues with progression of my grade 1 daughter who had an average of 51% at the end of November 2024 and we made it clear that if the learner is progressed we are reansfering her. So the learner did not come back for the 2025 academic year and we agreed that we are withdrawing the leaner. Disappointingly, they sent me an invoice for almost R7000 claiming l owe them for January and February when the learner did not come back for the 2025 academic year. I tried to address this with the registrar and the accounts department in vain. They dont respond to my emails. I am very disappointed in the Registrar who l have sent 3 emails and elected not to respond. My account number is MTO7458.
I made a claim with MiWay after l was involved in an accident in November 2023. I paid my R6700 access fee. Since the guy who bumped on me was wrong, they started to recover my access fee from the perpetrator. They kept on asking for the accident report which l sent them more than three times. Furthermore, they kept on changing the investigators. Disappointingly, they closed the case without my consent and without recovering my access fee. They are very *********** and inconsiderate. They don’t care about their customers.
There is appalling customer service at MiWay insurance. Whilst they know that Renew-it Randburg has extremely bad customer reviews, they still send their customers there. As per the instrluctions by my insurance MiWay, l took my car to renew-it Randburg in early December and when l collected the car, it badly fixed. Instead of replacing the accident damaged parts with new parts, they recycled old parts. Consenquently, there was extremely poor workmanship which the insurance is not sending a clear message on. MiWay asssor, Wendel and his manager Rowan Rose are now avoiding my calls and messages. They had promised to look into my issue including the rear bumper claim that was partially approved for no apparent reasons. I even requested an assesent report generated by wendel on 8 January 2024, in vain. This is fruatrating. Its clear there is something they are hiding and it seems they are protecting the service provider. Furthermore, its clear that they do not value us as their clients, instead, they value their relationship with the service provider- Renew-it Randburg.

I met with Miway's assessor, Wendel at Renew-it Randburg and it was agreed that indeed there is extremely poor workmanship and Wendel will get in touch with me to inform me as to when the car can be taken back to renew-it. Wendel confirmed that Renew-it did not replace the damaged parts with newparts (as per what was approved), instead they badly fixed the parts and returned them. What is further disturbing is that l am now receiving these messages from both Renew-it and MiWay that proclaim that my car has been fixed. This is very unprofessional and irritating because l haven't been told to take the car back, yet according to them the car has been fixed again. I am very disappointed by both Renew-it and MiWay's unprofessional conduct. They are taking their customers for a ride.

I reported the accident on miway app and they did not respond for almost a week. I had to make a followup and on their next call, they told me that the have approved my claim and l must laise with Renew-it Randburg and areage when l can take my car there for fixing. They did not tell me what was appoved. I later learnt that they only approved the from bumber and did not aprove the rear bumper and the sensors. I am still struggling to get the approve the rear bumper. Furthermore, the car is back, poorly repaired with recycled old parts. Funny, they kept on telling me that the panelbeater is waiting for parts from Mercedes Benz. Does Mercedes Benz sell second-hand parts?Now they are sending me from pillar to post to fix their mess. They cant even call to advise on the wayforward. Their customer service is disgusting. They are not exposed to the ABCs of service failure management.
