Mr Delivery disgusting customer service, will never use again.
Disgusting service. A R300 order of mine was delivered and every single item was wrong. After a WEEK OF WAITING. Mr Delivery than has the audacity to only refund me for the burgers not the meals, only 2 of the 6 chicken nuggets and refused to refund the Mc flurry because I had not taken a picture, even though I sent pictures of everything else. The mc flurry was all melted so wouldn’t have made a difference if I did take a picture. Besides this all, just another company making millions of rands taking advantage of their everyday consumers with absolute disregard to customer service.

Beware of Real Estate Company
Extremely unprofessional and shady. One of their estate agents by the name of Claudette Gouws, firstly didn’t even understand their own contract she was trying to make us sign. Either that or was willingly trying to take advantage of us as first time buyers. Once we confronted her about the offer to purchase and how it was in the favour of the agents, she refused to let us view the place and constantly made excuses as to why she was delaying the process. Furthermore we had 7 days to sign the offer to purchase of which was valid until the Saturday. She then messages us on the Friday saying that an offer has been made and ours is a backup, after telling us we had until Saturday evening to sign the offer. Upon our first viewing Claudette did not disclose half of the issues, such as the awning not being on plan, cracks in the walls of the loft as well as others that I believe is the reason she wanted us to sign the offer to purchase without viewing the place again. Please beware of signing contracts from Real Estate Company, these are in full favour of the agents and if you are not approved for the bond they are able to sue you for registration fees etc, which is completely unfair. This is just one example. There is a whole lot more shady about the dealings of this company.

Disgusting service from telkom online.
I have applied online for a contract through telkom last week Thursday the 30/11/2017, received and email saying my order has been placed and I will receive a call from an agent in 48hours. I'm still waiting and it's now the 8/12/2017. I have even applied again for the contract to speak to anybody about it but got told by the sales person that my order was in fact only filled on Monday. Even if it had been filled on Monday (72hours after my application) it is now Friday and still not a word from them. Why have an online system if you haven't got a capacity to work it Telkom?
