I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the agent stef keplinger. My experience with this company was short of shocking and disgusting. From verbal abuse to condecending remarks and forcing early payment. Once the payment was made we are informed that they have decided to cancel our new application. Currently the company is sitting with R40000 deposit of mine and have gone mute and refuse to pay it back. They are nothing short of *****ulent and I would not recommend that a person uses them to assist them with renting or buying a house.

<div>An absolute nightmare to deal with as a first time buyer. **** is completely unprofessional and inexperienced. My requests to meet and go over paperwork were denied because there was no one to look after her child, (despite the fact I insisted the child would not be an issue) and I was told to forward my queries on Whatsapp instead. Every query was met with "let me just confirm with my principal" My lawyers tried several times to contact both the agent and the principal to add a condition of sale to the agreement, to no avail. Issues with the property were not disclosed upon first visit, instead I was given a disclosure form and then denied access to the property to inspect abovementioned issues before signing the OTP. I requested 1 condition of sale to be put in the agreement, which I was blatantly refused, and was eventually told that another offer had come through and that I cannot go for another viewing because "the seller will not entertain your offer, there are too many conditions" </div>

Extremely unprofessional and shady. One of their estate agents by the name of Claudette Gouws, firstly didn’t even understand their own contract she was trying to make us sign. Either that or was willingly trying to take advantage of us as first time buyers. Once we confronted her about the offer to purchase and how it was in the favour of the agents, she refused to let us view the place and constantly made excuses as to why she was delaying the process. Furthermore we had 7 days to sign the offer to purchase of which was valid until the Saturday. She then messages us on the Friday saying that an offer has been made and ours is a backup, after telling us we had until Saturday evening to sign the offer. Upon our first viewing Claudette did not disclose half of the issues, such as the awning not being on plan, cracks in the walls of the loft as well as others that I believe is the reason she wanted us to sign the offer to purchase without viewing the place again. Please beware of signing contracts from Real Estate Company, these are in full favour of the agents and if you are not approved for the bond they are able to sue you for registration fees etc, which is completely unfair. This is just one example. There is a whole lot more shady about the dealings of this company.
