just property upper highway i suggest you stay away from them. there you are approved means nothing. they force you to pay the deposit and admin fee then sign contracts and trust me they make sure it is done immediatly. then they decide 5 days later oh sorry we not approving you. try and get your deposit back and admin fee back. no you get told its up to them if they will pay it back and when they will pay it back. Both the estate agent Kayla and Lara are extremely rude when asking for the money infact they goes as so far as to not answer calls to ensure they dont have to pay the money back. this company is *****ulent and a bunch of *****s
I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the agent stef keplinger. My experience with this company was short of shocking and disgusting. From verbal abuse to condecending remarks and forcing early payment. Once the payment was made we are informed that they have decided to cancel our new application. Currently the company is sitting with R40000 deposit of mine and have gone mute and refuse to pay it back. They are nothing short of *****ulent and I would not recommend that a person uses them to assist them with renting or buying a house.
I have been with Axxess for 2 years. Worst two years of my life. When u phone in for service the technical team finds it a joke that you don't have internet but you will pay for the full month even though you down for half of it. And let u fight the payment they will switch u off. They don't want customer. And could not careless to assist with lines. Iv tried to move my line supplier but iv been waiting 3 months for the installation. But they really don't care. I'm over them and don't recommend them to anyone
Metrofibre is one of these worst suppliers of fibre in South Africa. Unfortunately in our area it's all we have. The charge a fortune but are always down. And don't dare call the call centre you will be laughed at and that's about it. When u run a business that is internet based they don't seem to care. Apart from being down 2 weeks out of the month their speeds are not what they sell. Best was today I was told to send a picture of the problem. But how do you send a pic if we don't have internet. Well they could not understand that and then got told well we can't log the fault. It's like u can't complain to metrofibre as they don't have service.
