This dealership has been SO helpful ! They picked up issues that the selling dealership dismissed! Had i know there was a branch in Bellville i would've definitely bought my car by them instead of the original one. O really appreciate the assistance i got from Bellville! They restored my faith in dealerships!
So for my daughters birthday we went Shopping, she chose what she wanted and she had a budget of R400, she saw the Sophie Bot, and the price on the shelf was waaaayyyyy under R500, very excited she took the robot and her other toys to go and pay, just to find out the bot was R499, after talking to the customer service lady she said the manager she must go and get the price and bring it to her- them after a while of waiting, walking up and down the manager EVENTUALLY came and said sorry they can't do anything about it, i said to her, its not my fault the wrong price is there, after an argument they eventually gave the Bot for a "better price" because of their mistake. We got home and the Bots one leg doesn't work i PHONED YESTERDAY to find out if i can exchange, even though they gave the discount to which the answer was YES JUST BRING THE BOT, BOX AND SLIP., My husband went there today after work, and they said NO THEY CANOT EXCHANGE because they do not have the pink one in stock, we said the blue one is fine to which they said no but then we must pay up because they cannot override the price on the blue one. So because of CHECKERS mistake, my daughter doesn't have her robot she wanted for her birthday. This is absolutely PATHETIC. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SAY ONE THING OVER THE PHONE AND CHANGE YOUR STORY IN PERSON! Its the same ****** item! I Understand it has different barcodes because of color ect. But guys COMEON!!!!! First mistake was YOURS! AND THEN THE TOY IS BROKEN AND TO top it off, you tell us we can exchange but when we got there we got a NO SORRY can't exchange so pay up or leave the bot. Get your store and staff in order, this is DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wellington American Swiss The "Manager" doesn't deserve the title!!! We bought a watch on our TFG account but it wasn't working the way it should. December we took the warch to the store they only booked in in January, the lady NEVER contacted us regarding the item and we had to go instore the whole time to get feedback. I spoke to tfg head office and they said to me because our account doesn't exist anymore the must give us a gift card of R1399.00. When we went instore again today the lady told American swiss customer care that the account is in arrears. WHICH IT IS NOT!!! She told my husband then that i said she must credit it back on the card but i did not because i KNOW we cannot use the card. We said then she must give the watch back and she said she cant because she already did a credit. So now we are paying a monthly fee for something we do not have! This store is USELESS and we will most certainly not leave it like this. The "Manager" of American Swiss is giving 2 companies (ASJ and TFG) a ****ty name! I do apologize for my french. But NEVER in my life will i ever support ASJ again!!!!
Lewis Wellington - Sales person is a great guy BUT .......We bought a queen size bed in March 2023, its October and we received our 3rd matrass and 2nd base ....the bed keeps on sagging and they keep on replacing it with the same brand, EVERYTIME we have to struggle for them to replace it, this is now the 4th time we contacted them with the very same problem and STILL waiting for them to get back to us +- 3 weeks already again. Head office is PATHETIC! people stay away! The quality of the beds @ Lewis is SH#T . They also do not want to refund us. But i mean if you buy a bed its supposed to last you years, not 2 months ! So Fed up. NEVER AGAIN
