Terrible service received at Lacoste Sandton city. I bought a sneaker and it was tight 20 minutes later I came to change it. The manager was rude and didn’t want to assist. They didn’t have the size and refused to refund me or give me a credit note. When I bought the sneaker as per the consumer protection act they didn’t inform me about a no exchange policy, the manager is so rude.
Terrible service. FNB has the damn nerve to put a hold on my account during the weekend without even contacting me or notifying me. I called at 8 on Monday morning because that is the only time they open and it is now 2 and i still dont have access to the account. What makes FNB think that they can just do what they want and play with peoples lives. The worst bank

Good day I recently bought an item online. I seen that my order was cancelled by Edgars without notifying me. The call centre lady phones and says we cancelled your order due to a mistake on the price. According to the consumer protection act you have to sell the goods that the consumer saw the price for. I had already paid for the item. The call centre agent then tells me to call her manager. You guys made the mistake and i must waste my time calling you. I seen the item at that price i paid for it and according to the law i expect to receive it
