My daughter needs to register with another institution and their closing date is today. I have everything been requesting a Transcript showing the credit allocation from the school since October last year. I keep calling and being directed around the institution. My emails have not been responded to and calls not answered. Today I threatened the receptionist of the Durban campus with legal proceedings. A lady by the name of Jill called me within 30 minutes only to inform me she will call me within an hour. The hour has come and gone and still no response. If my daughter does not get registered today, I will be forced to seek legal counsel.
I normally have a great experience with African Bank but this time around it hasn't been a favorable one. I app**** online for a loan on 25 March 2025. I uploaded the required documents on the 26th. I was given an offer and received an SMS stating I would receive a call in 48 hours to finalize the application. Till today I still haven't received any word. I went to the branch on 2 occasions and received no help. Yesterday I contacted the customer help line and was told my case was being escalated. Till now there has been no communication. I'm really disappointed in the service this time round.
I have been struggling since April this year to get finchoice to update my status with the credit bureaus.i sent them the proof payment countless times.i call the call centre almost twice a week.they always transfer me to legal department but no one from legal ever answers.i have sent countless emails but I never receive any feedback.i settled my account in December 2019 but the account still reflects as active and in default
