I have been using Quickbooks for a few years now. I have had an issue that my reoccurring invoice will not send out anymore. Its been almost 3 months now and all they can tell me is its with the Engineers. That's when i send i 100 mails off or make 100 calls to find out what's happening. They don't even bother to get back to you. But believe me when i tell you they still taking my money every month.case number 15132612992
We deposited money into an FNB atm machine and the transaction was unsuccessful. The machine kept the money. We went into the FNB bank and waited for hours to be served. When we finally did a lady filled out a form and told us the money should reflect in our account within 48 hours. It’s been one week and still nothing. I phoned the bank and got the call center who cannot help me they say. Their answer to me is I must go back to the branch and waist another 4 or 5 hour’s waiting to be seen by someone else. This is shocking . All I want is the FNB Tableview direct telephone number so i can speak to someone who can help me. This bank service is so shocking it has to hide behind a call centre so you can’t get hold of anyone. Truly disgusting
I bought goods from them over 3 months ago on the internet. Paid via PayPal. I have been sending mails to the only mail address you can get hold of ********** And all you get back is a generic email saying they are working on the problem and will come back to you in 3 days. It's been 3 months and I still do not have my items I ordered or my money back as I have requested. This company is scamming people and taking there money and not supplying the goods
Ibreak came and collected my tablet for repair over a month ago at my house. They promised me a 5 day turn around time. I have not been able to get hold of them on there phone or email address for the past month. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
