Sadly, a big institution like ABSA Banking does not feel it necessary to inform its customers why they are closed for more than one month without any notice on their premises. After the storm damage, the other banks are up & running.
I had a problem with my tracking unit. A pleasant technician arrived & sorted both of our cars so quickly that I was surprised. His professional approach was highly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Hello. I had a problem with my monthly subscription & the very patient lady, Palasa (I hope I spelled that correctly), sorted it out in about 5 minutes after she enquired with her Customer Services & called me. That needs to be commended.
Hello. I am having an issue with ABSA Festival Mall Kempton Park They took out R5877.67 from my account & was supposed to have credited my mortgage account. on the 01-03-2022 Unfortunately that did not happen. I visited the branch on two or three times but to no avail. The mortgage department advised me to close my account & cannot return my money because it is not in the account. I contacted the fraud section & the two reference nos are: C19731919 & C20344485 however still no response. Can you help. Regards Karran Moodley
