I was told that I would receive my refund on the 19th as it might be my bank. I was told that in 14 days I would receive it. No response as to when that would happen as it did not happen today. It's strange that others who bought tickets after me have received their refund.
I logged a fraudulent transaction on my account which was investigated. The findings was that my card was compromised and that the bank is not liable for it. So if I am in Cape Town and the transaction happens in Johannesburg does that still leave me liable. This has not happened once but a few times over two months. The fact that I do not get a notification of the transaction also leaves me to believe that something is happening within the bank.
The Radisson Blu Sea Point Cape Town. I have a couple from Australia who booked in March a 5 night stay to get at the hotel today to get told that the rooms have been double booked. I would understand if it was two over bookings but 12. It is the worst and then they want to send you to a hotel which is not finish built and is still under construction.
