Extremely disappointed with the service from Nactor Repairs. My washing machine was collected on 1 Nov 2025, and after paying two invoices (R3,400 and R810), the machine was returned in worse condition and then taken back again. Since 21 Nov, I have not received it. Communication has been terrible—calls and messages are ignored. On 3 Feb 2026 they told me they had “data loss,” and on 5 Feb they claimed to have “found the machine” but never followed up. Months later, I still have no washing machine, no updates, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The deserve a negative star rating!!!
I pay my Dstv on an annual basis. I paid in January 2017 the full amount. Lately they disconnect our service and I have to call in to be reconnected. In the past 4 weeks I had to call in 5 times to be reconnected. The 5 agents I have spoken to all say the account has been changed to monthly subscription and say they will escalate the issue to their finance department to be rectified, but the issue still persists. Yesterday the agent made me hold 12 minutes while he was consulting with someone on how to reconnect my service. I asked him for a telephone number where I can complain to, when I call that number, it doesn't exist. This is a serious inconvenience, we pay a lot of money for this poor service. The calls I have to make every few days are not free. I'm frustrated with Dstv.
Terrible service, they don't keep to their promise. I have been waiting more than 15 working days for my goods to be delivered...still waiting. I will NEVER order from them again.
