I am extremely disappointed in with Dstv internet. I am yet to receive my data allocation for April 2024. Since 01 April 2024 i have been following up via WhatsApp chat and every day I'm told about an escalation and turnaround time of 24hrs to 72hrs. Its been ten days now and still no joy. This is very disappointing and fustrating.
Good day, I took my car for service and only to find that my car has a gear box issue. The dealer then called innovation group for approval before they can fix the gear box. Innovation group advised the dealer that my warranty plan is inactive but approved the service only. To my surprise the absa boster plan is active. I called Innovation group to try and resolve the issue. I was then told, they will call me after 2 hours, but I did not receive their call. I then called them to find out what is the delay, only to be told that their supervisor will call me back. I am yet to receive feedback with this regard. The service from Innovation group is bad.
I submitted a claim on the 16th of July to nestlife until now the 29th of July I am yet to receive a payout. I keep emailing and calling them but no positive feedback. I had to use my money for the funeral. What is happening, please help
FNB has been sending bank statements that are not mine, I wonder who's been receiving my bank statements and is my DATA protected with FNB. I'm losing hope and trust with this bank. Today (30/06/2020) a debit order for R 950.00 just went off my account and I did not authorize it.
Finchoice handed over my account to different dept collectors. When i call them i'm told that NRB is responsible for my account but NRB says the handover has been withdrawn by Finchoice and handed over to Hammond Pole.
Unreliable and want to cancel the loan since they failing to payout.
I did a getbucks payout via getbucks ewallet yesterday even today no has been received. I spoke to Mologadi via their online chat and she first told me she does not know when the funds will be paid because they having delays. I later spoke to the same consultant and the second time around she told me that they having technical difficulties with their server, then asked her since to give more details as what exactly is the difficulty she failed to respond and left the chat. As concerned as i am, i called in but their automatic response kept telling that im caller number 9 and then 12 and later number 3 and finally caller number 40 on the line. I wonder what exactly is the problem with Getbucks, i have been loaning money from but this time their service is poor.
