I purchased 2 tickets @ R750 each for the Modelane Long Table event that was supposed to take place 27 September 2025. On 12 September 2025 I was notified via email that the event had been cancelled. The organizers said they would issue a full refund, but I have not received any further communication since then. I’ve tried to follow up by email with no response. It has been three months since they cancelled and there's been zero communication from them other than the cancellation email. I am so upset and disappointed.
Telkoms Service is disgusting. I called to cancel my services since my contract is ending next month and I was told that they can’t do it on their side. Who’s going to do it then if not TELKOM? They are trying to milk us money and say we didn’t cancel on time
I am very upset that my account had to be transferred to the collection department ruining my credit score as i will be recorded as a slow payer because of an unprofessional Telkom employee whom i asked to update my banking details on the 14th of September 2019 and never did. This was not done and hence resulting in Telkom not debiting the monthly fee in the month of October forcing me to make a manual payment. I have been calling telkom since the 1st of November to beg them to debit their monthly fee but they still have not.
I requested FNB credit card department for a settlement amount on the 15 August 2019 and them paid it off immediately and requested them to close it. The consultant then put the request through and told me that a consultant will call me to confirm closure. I then received a call from Nonhle to confirm closure and I confirmed that I want the credit card closed after she went on and on trying to convince me to keep it. I told her to close and she then said she will and send the closure letter. Now i get an sms from FNB stupidly saying that my new balance as off 16 September is R75. When I called FNB they say I told Nomhle that I want to keep it. FNB is a scam and they are trying to make money in a wrong way. I want the credit card closed and i want the letter proving it NOW.
Apparently I have an RCS Game account and I owe R5684.00 which is nonsense. This is affecting my credit score since im planning on buying a house. Please help clear this.
I have been requesting my paid up letter for the past 4 weeks and they promise to send it within 48 hours. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW. I need this letter for clearance as in like ASAP. I called this number ********** 727 and they are all telling me to wait. I spoke to a lady by the name of Abigail and she was rude and changed her story 10 thousand times. Im not sure if I should travel from Gauteng to the Western Cape for a paper that can be sent to me over a minute. Dissatisfied Consumer. This is the second time im writing to Hello Peter and the first response was "we are pleased to inform you that your complaint has been resolved. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you" NOTHING WAS resolved. They still have not closed my account and interests are charged on settled account. What is also upsetting is that nowhere on the RCS website is there any email, fax or details about the cancelling process. Its as if RCS does not want its customers to settle their debts. I am very disappointed with RCS!
Cancelling & closing my account / store card, I am beyond upset with RCS as its is now becoming a hassle to close my account & cancel my card. NEVER again will I apply for any RCS card & will also advise my friends and family to stay away! Their customer care is terrible. I called RCS and asked for a settlement which i paid on the very same day, sent proof of payment and asked them to close my account/store card. I called days later to ask if they have received the settlement account together with my request to close the account and they agreed. A week later they had a nerve of debiting money from my bank account and later told me to reverse as they had made a mistake. Three weeks later i still have not received my letter. When I phoned RCS today to follow up if this has been done, the lady at RCS told me that I still owe money (R80) which is this months account monthly fee interests that JUST accumulated. What is also upsetting is that nowhere on the RCS website is there any email, fax or details about the cancelling process. Its as if RCS does not want its customers to settle their debts. I am very disappointed with RCS!
