I had an unpleasant experience at John Dory’s (Westcoast Mall Vredenburg today that made me say goodbye to John Dory’s. We arrived at approximately at 12:00 on 5 October 2024 for our usual sushi and seafood meals but the following ruined our meal: There were only 6 green bowls of sushi on the wheel and only 2 types, after we consumed all 6-green bowls, for which I had to pay over R400, even to type of beg for ****** and wasabi with the sushi. I asked are they going to replenish the wheel with more sushi, I was told its finished and the do not want to refill being afraid it will go to waste. Where my wife was seated there were an awful smell of old cooking oil, she had to move to another table. When she received he Calamari Strips it was tough and prepared in old oil. While I was seated with my wife at the table they refilled the sushi table with 6 green bowls of the same sushi. During my wait at the sushi table I observed the sushi chef preparing sushi platters for a customer, she handled and touched the food with bare hands without protection for example she had a small bowl in the one hand with red substance and with the other hand taking the substance out with a finger and put it on the dish in the platter. Nobody came by the tables to enquire if everything is in order with the food. John Dory’s in Vredenburg overall index are very low and I will definitely will not recommend the restaurant to anybody.

Ladies and gentleman if you're thinking of utilising Cartrack thinh twice. the reason for my statement as follows: I had Cartrack installed in my Ecosport and after sever visits by the technition visits they could not find the reason the device interfere with the vehicle electrical system. When I finally decided to cancel my contract ny real problems started. The nood of consultants turned from friendly helpful to somber mood and unhelpful, They never change ny address when I moved but they changed the vehicles registration number. After many call I got hold of technical canter Cape Town which is more than 150KM from me and make a appointment for the device to be removed. I was told if they remove the device at a center its free but if they do it at home there is a fee of R600, but there is no branch in the vicinity. I agreed to this and a appointment was made for Tuesday 27 Feb 2024 at 10::00 Day went by without removal because the technician went to Limpopo and not the Western Cape as arranged. That night Cartract deducted the money from my account unauthorised and without a invoice. I am still battling..
On 30/05/2023 I phoned for a quotation for two persons from Hopefield to Cape Town but was told that do not give quotation for this route by order of the director. This type of service reflects badly on on this bus service
Entering Mekor Ford in Claremont the personnel's appeared to be very professional, but in the meantime there are much to learn about their competency . Promises is wadely given but when it comes to produce well let's say nothing. First they sell the same vehicle to two different custumors, when the finance is approved there is no vehicle when questioned other excuses pop up, like 5he loan must still be validated and the F&I person made a mistake and now a deposit is required etc.
Bought a Blaupunkt portable speaker and a Polaroid portable speaker at Pick and Pay Kenilworth Centre. The Blaupunk charging plug damaged and electric static noise on speaker. The Polaroid looks like it was returned because the Mic is damaged, aerial broken off . This points to bad management and control.
I took out insurance from Outsurance for my vehicles. About a year my wife was invilved in a accident with my KIA Sorento amounting to about R80 000. With my excess being R1000 the vehicle was repaird without problems from Outsurance. After the the repair a hickup was found on the vehicle but again Outsurance sorted the small problem out. Then a year later I was involved in a accident with the KIA on the Tzaneen road at about 02:45 in the morning, I contacted Helpout which assisted with the recovery of the vehicle and staying in touch. On the same day I was informed that the damage to the vehicle is about R226000 and that the vehicle will be written off. I was supplied with a loan vehicle from a renting company untill may claim was paid out within 2 weeks and I received my new car. Again only a excess of R1000. Now a year later again I received a message that due to my driving my installments at Outsurance are reduced by 25% and when I received my new contract my instalment was reduced with R600. Never a dull moment with Outsurance . Standing by you thru thick and thin. Outsurance then, now and in the future.
