PEP Hammanskraal Has a tendency of saying that they are off-line for cash send services and their customers should approach to ATM banks state. They refuse to assist me, Claiming that cap was off-line when it was actually not This I was told by a lady called Tebogo at PEP Hamanskraal next to Mac Donalds we called PEP Head office and it was not offline

I have had cover with B3 funerals underwritten by One Life. I logged a claim on Monday and they promised it will be paid out in 24 hours and it never came through, after 6 years of unwavering payment of premiums. They are insensitive, unbothered and its no wonder the company is losing so much of its clientele. Do not take cover with them.

I was signed up for a Telkom contract paying 319 they started billing me R800 when I asked them to stop they told me it would take one month but I still need to pay the 800. The second month they did the same and and kept making excuses and they are adamant that I need keep paying. What rubbish so unethical, dishonest and a money making illegal scheme
Upon calling Brooks and Luyt Inc. I was appalled and frustrated at their lack of professionalism and sense of urgency. They promised to assist haven't up until today. Whose responsibility is it to collect this debt? I have attempted to settle it but they don't seem like they know what they are doung
