1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Cell C I'm extremely frustrated with Cell C's service regarding my number porting process. It's been almost four weeks since I started following up, and I'm still not getting any resolution. Every time I call, the agents ask repetitive and unnecessary questions, which is a complete waste of my time. The most concerning part is that my number is currently stuck with Cell C, and I'm unable to receive calls. This has severely impacted my livelihood, causing me to lose gigs and affecting my family's well-being. I've been given a reference number, 2510200020061825, and I'm still waiting for Bongane Sithwaba to call me. The lack of urgency and understanding from Cell C's customer service team is appalling. Don't they understand the importance of having a working number? I expect better service from a reputable company like Cell C. Disappointing Experience with ABSA I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with the service I've received from ABSA. As a non-private client, I've been consistently disregarded and neglected. A recent visit to the branch was met with indifference from the manager, who seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I followed up with an email, referencing a specific issue with a different reference number, but was met with complete radio silence. No response, no apology, no resolution. Determined to get assistance, I took the drastic step of visiting ABSA's head office, only to be met with the same lack of urgency and care. It's clear that unless you're a private client, you're not worth taking seriously. The lack of service and sense of urgency is appalling. It's unacceptable that a bank of ABSA's caliber can't provide basic customer support. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to think twice before dealing with ABSA. Delete 1/5 stars - AVOID CAPITEC BANK AT ALL COSTS! I am writing this review as a warning to others to avoid Capitec Bank at all costs. On June 27th, I lodged a case with their ***** department regarding unauthorized transactions on my account. It's been weeks and I've received no feedback or resolution to the issue. The ***** department has failed to contact me despite multiple attempts to reach out to them. I've called them multiple times, only to be met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. The assistance manager, @Capitec Customer Service, promised to call me back, but never did. It's unacceptable that a bank can't even bother to provide basic customer service. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Capitec Bank has failed to deliver on both fronts. I would not recommend Capitec Bank to anyone. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers is appalling. They seem more interested in protecting their own interests than resolving issues and keeping their customers satisfied. If you value your hard-earned money and your time, stay away from Capitec Bank. There are better banks out there that actually care about their customers.

I reported the matter at the Capitec Bank branch in Midrand Carlswald Lifestyle Shopping Centre. To my shock, the consultant I spoke to seemed to find my situation amusing and laughed about it. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like *****. The assistance manager who called me a few hours later assured me that I would receive feedback within a week. However, it has been much longer than that, and I have yet to hear back from them. Despite Capitec's response to my initial complaint on Hello Peter, promising that someone would contact me, I am still waiting for any form of communication or resolution. Capitec's ***** department clearly does not take their customers' cases seriously. Their lack of action and concern is alarming and shows a complete disregard for their customers' financial security. I urge other customers to consider this experience before banking with Capitec. Still waiting for feedback since my card was used while I had my card with. ***** department do not have ETA and the consultant who was assisting me at the branch was laughing as I needed answers.
I bought a sound system yesterday I paid I was told I should come collect my system today.But becouse of false information I got from sales consultant Sbusiso and her Manager Marsha they don’t know when will I get it and the service customers get at that shop it’s shocking consultant don’t really care about their customers forgetting that if it wasn’t for us they wouldn’t have jobs.i wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything at any fair price.Their consult need to be trained.
