These guys are an absolute ****. We wanted to lease a commercial property from them and on both occasions, they requested payment for credit checks amounting to over R1200. Once they receive payment, they take so long to process the application. It happaned last year where they took my money for the credit checks and eventually they took so long that we had to find another property. The same thing happened this year again. We are then forced to look for alternative properties as they take too long to get back to you. There is no communication and replies are far and few between. Absolute ****.
We leased a unit in Riversands Outlet Park. Moved out before the 31st of July. We did the exit inspection and signed for it. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have still not received my deposit back which was a substantial amount. Cannot get hold of anyone. No one answers the phones. You need to use a ticket system but the system doesn't pick up any of my details. You get generic responses via email. No direct contact with anyone. My deposit needs to be paid back so that I can pay the deposit on the new premises.
Sold a vehicle to them recently. Was am absolute pleasure to deal with Zander. Fast and efficient service. Paid us a fair price as well. Thank you
Terrible service from Miway & Blink. I tried to cancel an insurance policy for my vehicle that I have sold. I was advised to contact the whatsapp number and the response was that they would call me back in 3 workings days. So it takes them 3 working days to call you back to cancel a policy? Totally unacceptable. I then call in to the call centre and a rude consultant by the name of Sipho who i tried to explain to that i would like to cancel my policy, then starts shouting at me and telling me that blink is a different department and it is only online and i cannot speak to anyone. Really disgusted by the service i have received. I will no longer take any insurance cover with them in future.
Its been 2 months since my traded in my Samsung for the S24+ I have still not received my payment from Regener8 Group. Excuses after excuses. No feedback from them. I have to email them all the time for updates. No they blaming Samsung for the delay. Disgusting service. Not sure why Samsung use this company.
Worst service received. App**** for an LTE contract. I was charged a pro rata amount and delivery was arranged for the router with DSV. Still haven't received my parcel. DSV misses the first delivery. I waited from 8am to 1pm as per there scheduled delivery time. I left home and at 3pm on Saturday I get a call to deliver but I already left. I asked the driver why was he not here between 8am and 1pm as agreed and his reply was that he was being held up my one of his friends that's why he is late. I called to arrange a delivery again and waited from 8am to 5pm and took off work but still no delivery. Very disappointing to pay for something that you haven't even received or used. What was the point of charging me the pro rata amount?

Worst service ever. Wanted to activate one of my decoder at a different location. Called and activated a package for that decoder on Saturday. Called the call centre about 10 times since then. First they claim the decoder was faulty so I replaced it with a HD 4u model and moved the package over. Still no service. Can't view any channels. E30 error constantly. Reset the decoder about 20 times. Then they told me the prorata amount needs to be paid. Fine, I paid it. Still no service. Then I'm told to leave the decoder on for a few hours. Left it on for a while day. Still no service and e30 error. Called again this evening. First time the lady seemed to be eating and couldn't even speak. I dropped the call. Ridiculous service. Then called again. Spent 25 minutes on the phone while listening to people in the background laughing etc. Then I'm told my other decoder is faulty and that I need to take the decoder to a service centre. Very quick to take my money but cant even watch what I paid for.
I sent someone money to the cellphone number. They tried to withdraw the funds but it was unsuccessful but it showed redeemed on my banking app. Called the call centre on Saturday and they logged a query. I called back again today to find out what is happening and the lady said that the query was cancelled and she had to relog the query. Now myself and the person i was paying are without the funds!
Had the such a terrible experience with this dealer. I was in the market for a brand new Ranger. Got a few quotes from various dealers. Ford Germiston came back with the best deal. Mariaan was very helpful and I test drove a vehicle. Finance submitted and approved and the day before I was going to collect the vehicle, i get a call from Quentin Du Toit making false allegations that i am a dealer and they are not allowed to sell to traders / dealers. I was absolutely shocked as the vehicle was being purchased on my name, finance was done on my name etc. They turned this exciting new purchase into terrible experience. He basically googled by cell number and 2 vehicles came up. 1 vehicle that i sold in 2017 (Personal car) and another which i sold privately (T Cross) as the dealer was not giving me a good price on a trade in. Funny thing is that the first link takes you to a WEBUYCARS advert. How on earth can they assume this is my advert? Well, you have lost a customer and a sale and i will not recommend this dealer at all.
