one of my dogs passed recently and as much as it breaks my heart I had to smile when I received an emailo from Dotsure after informing them of his passing. as an avid supporter of many animal charities this realy warmed my broken heart : To honour JET’s legacy and unconditional love to you, dotsure.co.za will feed a hungry shelter pet at the AACL for a month on your behalf as a small gesture of love.

I called Discovery to discuss my premium ... was put thru to Sandile in Retentions who explained the setup to me. Initially he advised me of the conditions resulting in my premium price and that systematically he was unable to negotiate .... but between my jokes and persistance he eventually found a way to bring it down by a very small amount which was all that I required
The product I had ordered online was out of stock. Lee-Anne Constable went out of her way to obtain the product when I said it ok she can cancel the order. so just a few days later |I received my order delivered by Bradley, Justin and Lindswin who actually called me beforehand with a delivery time
I receive an email co thing a las vefad deal. Twice I called spoke to a likelihood and a Precious and 10 days later no-one has responded. I also sent 3 email enquiries which I confirmed .. no response !!!! How ridiculous I'd this company ????
Just want to say thank you to the Hakuna Matata team for thinking outside the box and doing their utmost to help my furbabies. I've taken my pets so vets in the past where you see no empathy whatsoever and get the impression its all about the money. Thankfully there are vets out there like Hakuna Matata where the priority is to HELP your pet and its not all about money
Brilliant customer service and location !! We were greeted by Marc and Yolanda who within minutes arranged transport to our function venue. The next day we decided to stay another night which they arranged for us again within minutes. That are so friendly and the hotel location is perfect... just off the main road in the centre of town. I would most certainly recommend Franschhoek Boutique hotel
Once again Angela Blackstock is unstoppable and we get to gain from herexcellence. Angela bought us the priceless gift of time - 4 days in fact :-) My daughter was booked to arrive back in SA on 24th. She called rather emotional on Tuesday morning to say she's offically finished work, all her colleagues were in the process of going home and and she was on a mission to find a way to come home a few days earlier rather than to wait alone until she can fly on 23rd. By Tuesday afternoon with only a very fair amount to pay in, Angela had her booked on the same direct flight 4 days earlier. I cannot express how efficient and understanding Angela is and her work ethic is simply impeccable. Thanks to Angela, 3 more sleeps and we finally get to get our daughter after 11 long lockdown months ... Thank you Angela from the bottom of our hearts
My utmost gratitude to Angela Blackstock and Deirdre De Swardt who through this uncertain ever changing Covid 19 situation mess managed to get my daughter back on a BA flight arriving home on Christmas Eve !! I could not ask for more !! I have a lump in my throat as I say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to you amazing ladies !! I cried the day I was informed that BA had cancelled all flights to SA and once again my daughter could not come home. I immediately called Angela and she assured me that as soon as flights are reinstated she would help me and true to her word she and Dierdre went the extra mile to get this right. Thank you from our family for reuniting us
Totally impressed !! this is my 1st pet claim with Dotsure - Bernadine Bence sent me confirmation of my claim being finalised within 20 minutes of my emailing the claim form and invoice to Dotsure
