We were able to add a subdomain in a matter of seconds and redirect visitor using the subdomain to the specific page we wanted. Host Africa has a library of useful information to help you when you have a problems. Their library is detailed and easy to understand.

Host Africa is by far the best Web hosting company in South Africa. After trying different service providers, Host Africa has a great offering with the most affordable prices. It is often said that you get what you pay for. With Host Africa you get much more than what you paid for. Their support is very prompt. I spoke with a very energetic and friendly gentleman named Russell to help me understand their reseller packages. He was able to explain the packages in the most simplest of terms. He helped me understand the difference between packages, how I would use their packages using real life scenarios. I would like to thank Russell for his time and service. Host Africa is going to set a new standard for South Africa when it comes to customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Ultimate Printers. They printed label stickers for me that were a bad quality, with a few good ones. The words on the stickers were blurry. When I went back to them so that could fix it, their employee named Dominic and the manager refused to fix their mess and told they will rather print all the stickers in bad quality so that they look the same. If you want quality printing, go somewhere else.
I submitted a query for a WIFI connection that has been giving me problems since last week Saturday. Your Employee Tebogo only called me today. Firstly that is long overdue. Secondly she promised to call me before close of business today with feedback. As usual your contact lines are useless because no one answers them.
On the 21st December 2017, I used APM bus to go to mthatha from joburg on bus service 0200. Firstly the bus does not have seat numbers, if you travelling with family you will find yourselves seating in different seats. Secondly the bus was meant to leave at 8pm and arrive in mthatha at 9am but we were still stuck at park station by 10pm. Some passengers were told to get off and replaced by others because they had sold more tickets than the number of seats in a bus. We were sent from one bus to another while waiting at the terminal and people were running up and about in the parking space. There were updates as to what was going on while we waited. They dont have an organised system of accepting passengers in the bus instead there was chaos and people pushing each other around to a seat. The bus was dirty with food on the floor, their cup holders attached on the seats had stains. I will never use APM again ever, affordability does not mean a ridiculous service.
