I bought dulux acrylic pva paint it was tinted to crimson, I was told it was a a very good paint and believing in the brand I decided to purchase it from our local hardware store. Upon purchaseing I equried of the paint will catch on my wall I previously had dulux white paint on it and my walls are fairly new and clean. I bought a 5l for two small rooms and to my surprise it did not even catch on the walls we put on two coats of the paint and still it didn't I had to put on a 3rd coat for it to actually catch. The remaining of the paint I used one coat in the other room however it's pathetic paint quality did not even cover neatly. This is actually not the reason I'm so ****ed off. I went back to the hardware store were they called up the dulux rep my husband spoke to her and she ensured us somone will come and inspect the walls as she believes there's something on the wall it's been a month nobody has come to our home. Our walls in one room are patched up and looks terrible. If the paint quality is bad the customer service is worst. Firstly dulux is not a cheap paint it's quite expensive and their service is ****, there's absolutely nothing on our walls as it's a new building and it's quite clean. I've been eeb other reviews about dulux and all is bad. Please stop false advertising the quality of the paint and service yourl provide because it's of very low standards. I will never ever recommend dulux to anyone you wasting your time and money. Atleast if their service was good there would've been hope for them but unfortunately it's as bad as their paint....
Worst company ethics I've ever seen. Jurgens ci does not pay their employees for working for them and still expects them to come to work. It's been 2 weeks and most of their employees have not been paid what is going on here ccma and the union should reali get involved with this company. How are people surpose to survive ??? Bills dnt pay them selves and kids dont eat leaves. They are forcing employees to resign how is this fair to them?? I know someone that's been working there for 10 years and now this person has to resign because Jurgens has not paid them it's really sad. Whoever is stealing and ripping this company off be it a shareholder or the owner please have the decency to atleast pay the employees off they have families and people who reali depend on them. This is unacceptable I'm so upset at the rate this is going hope this is fixed soon
Yesterday at around ten past seven in the afternoon my family and I visited the KFC at the Chatsworth Centre the one on the bottom floor close to Shoprite, I will never in my life make this mistake again I cannot believe how rude and slow staff at this place are. Its like they literally move worst than snails. My husband stood in the queue for half an hour, the place wasn't even that busy also been the second person to be served should've at-least counted for something, but I guess not because KFC decides to employ incompetent people who cant even use their own desecration. There were two lines and two cashiers unfortunately the cashier serving in my husbands line was extremely slow especially when there was just one person infront of him and she had already taken his order. She still made him wait an entire half hour how bad is this, I then noticed people started leaving the line behind him and moving to the next cashier which I can understand people were getting annoyed, but that's what ****ed me off to the max I walked from the door to my husband and asked for his card to pay I went to the cashier and politely asked her to ring up my order after she's done with the customer who was also after us, but who had wormed his way first. She rudely told me to get in the line I told her you know I've been standing here for half an hour already and you are serving people before me. Its now already 8 pm I have a small kid with me waiting. it seems she deliberately did this my question is why. Why couldn't she have served me first before dealing with customers that actually came after me irrespective of which line im following and which cashier was suppose to serve me, and what makes it worse she had a bad attitude about it after telling her, all she could've said was I apologise though I am going to serve you now bust she refused .She expected me to back to the end of the line I was so upset this just put me off from ever going back to KFC because if this is how staff is taught and managed its very sad really. I am a manageress in the customer service industry for one of the biggest network companies in the country and I honestly cannot accept this kind of service its unacceptable on every level. I left the restaurant upset and with no meal because of their lack of customer service. Pathetic service coming from KFC staff.
