Ordered ebook from them. They gladly took my money. Sent me an email to say my order will be processed in 2 days. Nothing happened. Sent an email. Got given a support ticket saying my request will be dealt with in 48 hours. Nothing happened. 8 days later now. They build all these delays in so that it becomes impossible to reverse the payment with your bank.. ABSOLUTE **** company. Police needs to investigate

We bought a bicycle from Game (Garden Route Mall) in a sealed box. When we got home (150km away) we opened the box to find both the seat and the front tube to be damaged. I sent a query to Game's general service email address, but heard nothing (they deserve no stars) After a couple of days I contacted the Garden Route Mall Game directly and was put in contact with the Manager Mr Rudolph Serfontein. He couriered the replacement parts free of charge to us as soon as he could! Will gladly do business with them again.
I upgraded my contract from Blackberry to Samsung. Part of the discussion was that I'll obviously no longer use the BIS side of the previous contract. But yet I am STILL being charged for BIS on my monthly contract.
I bought a body glove screenguard from a shop in Mosselbay. There was an issue with the screenguard, but as I was just travelling through Mosselbay I wasn't able to take it back to the shop. I contacted Gary from Gammatek and he immediately organised for a replacement to be delivered to me. Excellent!
I upgraded my contract to a MTN Mychoice 50 and the advert said that I'll receive 50 minutes, 50SMS and 50Mb of data. When the contract kicked in, neither the SMSes or the data were included. i phoned last week to log a complaint (Ref nr: 607238) but I still haven't heard anything from them.
