A complete waste of time and money. Once they taken your money, absolutely no support is given. You basically pay for question papers that you ultimately must study by yourself. I feel cheated and mislead. Workshop is simply a chill out session with Anna Bouhail.

So buying your first car should be a great and memorable experience un*****ed with arguments and purchase or payment. But it would seem that KIA Airport Kempton Park only had money in mind, unphased with creating a good customer experience. Not only did my "Supposedly, fairly new vehicle" stained with cigarette burns on the seats but only to find that my rare wipers don't work. Now as a first time buyer, I didn't know what to check but I was assured that dealing with an accredited dealer would offer some peace of mind and that I would be offered quality goods. Now upon calling my dealer who was nonchalant and seemed careless about the fact that my vehicle has been in my possession for less than a month, I was told to take it to a KIA auto repair shop. I don't know if I'm being impossible here but some sensitivity and some sense of professionalism would have gone a long way or even just going the extra mile to ensure that the problem was rectified instead of pushing the buck to someone else would have brought some comfort. Well needless to say, I'm quite disappointed at the level of service received and rest assured I would not recommend anyone to visit any KIA dealership nor do I foresee myself ever buying a Kia again. Sadly this had to be my first time experience for something so monumental in my life.
I've been waiting at park station for over an hour to board a bus that was supposed to leave at 08:50. I arrived at the station at 8:00 to ensure that I would not be caught in the hustle and bustle of arriving late. It is now 09:30 and I have been waiting in line without any explanation from employees or ushers. No one has checked in yet certain people were allowed to pass by and no one was explained what criteria is needed to be allowed to pass. The service here is aweful. I regret ever taking the bus to save costs. I still expected good service even on a budget.
