Hi so I have been using bolt for a long time besides the cars that are falling apart I've been in one accident with them so far due to clutch failure that's due to no repairs being done not all the cars are bad but I would say 60% are so today I took another bolt that landed up costing me 417 rand for a five second trip when I tried to call the driver of the car that I am not even in he turns up his music well the trip continues with out me in the car had to get hold of bank that made it in to a fraud case. Long story short bolt say GPS failed and this is why the trip had chard so much and would do a refund what they forget is now I have to have new bank cards issued and this is still opened as a fraud case besides rude drivers and bad cars. I would not trust using the service after this they can charge what ever they feel to your card
Hi all so I bought a pressure cooker nice way to spend R2500 have had it for a year and half. So it stop heating phoned the store out of warranty so I decided to have a look at it myself just to find that the PC board had melted or fused to the plastic hold that it fits in to now that I had opened it they refuse to cover the repairs even known that it's a factory fault and nearly impossible to have seen. If I had not looked. My point I am putting across to you is that if this product had caught fire and burnt my house down I would have had to prove fault of this product stay away from this product as they don't really seem to care and have knowledge that the product dose have this fault watch this post as I am taking this up with consumer watch
Hi in November I went to apply for a contract gave all my details I'd book proof of income and so on. Just to be told later that day that I was doing fraud by the sales rep to my shock I could not understand who I was fraudulently defrauding as i would be defrauding myself and was told that they wanted to run a sting operation on me 2 weeks went by with no word from them. Get yourself ready for this I receive a e mail saying that my contract has been activated and I must enjoy my contract. What contract as I never was called or received a e mail to tell me that it was approved. So I went it to the store and was told that the device was delivered by the sales guy in store to my house that I never received so they replaced my head set that was stolen by some one else in the street that it was given to by the sales guy from the store please keep in mind this is a s8 + the phone I had given to me was just a normal s8 now when I went in I asked for a contract under R1000 rand then looked at my bill 2500 I have not used the SIM since a received the phone as all of this is just to fishy and I won't deal with the store no longer thanks Vodacom for messing up my new year stay away from Vodacom you will have documents go missing I have not even got a slip for my phone even worse I was not even told how much this contract is as it was not what I had agreed to only to see a bill that I have been charged double for been made to feel like a criminal by them. I earn a good pay every month watch out for Vodacom you will be left feeling helpless I now have to get a attorney at my experience to have this fixed
