Completely and utterly disgusted with grabitall.co.za. Do not make use their services. I ordered Christmas gifts from grabitall.co.za last year with enough time to spare to make it in time for Christmas. After my order did not get delivered, I contacted them. They just replied telling me that something went wrong with the order and that they could not tell me when I will receive my order. They could not fulfil my order in time, so I was forced to cancel my order. Since I cancelled my order I have had no refund, no reply to any of my tickets, no reply to any emails sent and no reply to the Whatsapp number. There is no other way to get in contact with them. They do have a number to phone, but it is an automated voice directing you to a Whatsapp number and they do not answer their Whatsapp number either. #grabitall.co.za - is this how you make your money? By not refunding the money of client's cancelled orders?
I ordered an item on 15 December 2017. I remained patient, because I know everyone is frantic over the Christmas period BUT 15 DAYS FOR A 'LOCAL' DELIVERY IS ABSURD! I eventually got worried and checked on the system that my order "awaits courier pickup". It has been like that since 23 December 2017 (when I last checked). I contacted them through: ********** on 26 Dec 2017. On 27 Dec, I received a phone call asking if I received my order. I said no and I got told that they will follow up and it will be sorted out. On the 28th of Dec, I got a request from Nonhlanhla Lediga via email, asking for my ID number, etc that they can follow up. I sent my ID......and now I am still waiting for ANY response. ANYTHING?? I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!! My order number is: ********** 45
Disgusted, angry, irritated, no more patients! A Christmas gift was defective. I logged for a replacement and collection was arranged for 27 Dec 2017. The collector arrived with a s******, but the product was a Casio Keyboard, so a new collection date had to be scheduled. First issue on your system: The collector should know (at least) the size of the package collecting. A new date was scheduled for collection the next day, 28 Dec 2017. The collector arrived with a bike...AGAIN. Every time I log a query through the takealot website and every time I get an answer stating how sorry they are, but no one actually takes this in their hand and sort it out! ANOTHER date was scheduled for collection on 29 Dec 2017 - THE DRIVER DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP! I have been emailing Calvin and Luke since yesterday, as well as logged another (3rd) request through the website. Seeing the only way to query something is through your website, I am stuck and I can not even escalate this issue with a manager or someone that can actually help me or sort out my problem. I NEEDED MY PRODUCT DELIVERED BEFORE 1PM TOMORROW, 31 DECEMBER 2017. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT!
