I am fed-up with the current service i receive from Standard Bank Business banking. Stop blaming COVID 19 for your terrible service
I have been a Discovery client for the last 19 years as a Health member and then a Discovery Card user. Never ever had a problem in the past until 6 weeks ago when I have tried to log in because of the changes from a Card holder to a Discovery Bank Client. I have been promised on more than 2 occasions that they will rectify the problem and contact me before the closing of business to no avail. Shame on you Discovery Bank, please keep to your promises and contact me
I am currently insured with Old Mutual and one of the products I have is an Income Replacer with a 30 day waiting period. On the 01st of September I was booked off work until the 14th of October 2020, making it 6 weeks. A claim was lodge in September the 21st and it s now the 17th of October, still no reply. The same claim was submitted to FMI waiting period 14 days. My income with FMI for the month of September and October was settled in full. Shame on you Old Mutual. All potential clients out there be careful, Old Mutual service sucks!!!!! Suppose to be the biggest insurer in Africa, maybe yes but the worst service in Africa
I have applied for a loan 3 days after Standard Bank invited small SME customers to apply for the Covid 19 Loans. I have not heard a word from SBSA. After I called this morning I was told that there is no number to contact. They will contact me. When will this happen. It is now more than 6 weeks and I am still waiting.
I am so tired to try and get one person to assist me with my current deposit into my USD$ account. Please stop sending me Ticket numbers and solve my problem, To all other future Easy Equity members, my recommendation, try another platform. Stop using all your new registered users as an excuse. I have been trying for more than an hour for somebody at SBSA Credit card to assist me with a Credit card system problem. They answer the phone then tell me to hold, they are putting me through to somebody that can assist. Then the next person same story, hold on then the next person and then the next person. This is ridiculous that your staff are not trained to assist us.
I am still awaiting a call from your help desk to assist me in trading. I have been a client of Easy Equities for more than 2 years, I understand the Corona virus has effected the ways we normally will do business but make a promise that you will call me in 36 hours to no avail. This restaurant has open its doors in February 2020 in a remote area known as Glanstall in the South Coast. My wife Ria read about the Restaurant on FB and on the recommendation of the feedback that was given on FB we have decided to take our neighbors (2 Old Pensioners) for dinner. When I called to book the manager was so friendly and help fill. When we arrived at the menu we were flabbergasted to see what the owner have done to the previous old building. This old shack was replaced with a 5 star Boutique Hotel and Conference Center. The views are stunning( 180 degrees sea-views) all the staff unbelievable friendly. Our waitress Jessica is an absolute asset to this company. Our food was the best I have ever tasted in a Restaurant and the atmosphere great. Well done to the owners, the South Coast needed a shake-up and we trust that you will make a success of this great menu. We will keep supporting you and can def recommend this menu to all out there. Well done, we salute you for your efforts and the amount of money that you were happy to invest into this little sleeping village
My sister and her husband are booked on BA via Travel- start to fly to PE to attend the Iron man competition that was suppose to start on the 27/03. This competition has been postponed to the 13 November 2020 because of the Corona virus. She has been in contact with BA who revered her back to Travel-start. Travel-start answered their phone and as soon as she is trying to explain her predicament they then revered her back to BA. I cannot believe that this is the way Travel-start are dealing with their customers. I have been the one recommended Travel-start to her and I am so sorry I ever did. Warning to all other potential customers to rather book direct and avoid the bad service of Travel Start. Shame on you and the management of Travel-start.
