Please be very carefull joining this gym! Even after you cancelled your membership they keep on debiting your account. I will not join them ever again, even though they are the closest gym in my area. Once they have your banking details - your real problems start !!
One of the worst client experiences I've ever experienced. They are quick to take your money, but not good to fix their installed product. Please do not believe that they will fix your problem. Its impossible to get hold of their manager / owner Quinton. It's been a 5 month journey with them, where they at first installed a non working product, then eventually repaired it and however the installation was never good ... since then we've had endless problems
Please stay far away from them, unless you would like the worst possible experience and after-sales service. It's now been 5 months of struggling to fix their brand new garage door opener with no light available at the end of the tunnel!
My Telkom landline have stopped working at the end of November 2017 and my internet speed slowed down to a trickle (0.89mb on a 10MB line) ... despite numerous attempts I only manage to get a reference number on the 6th December. Since then I have been phoning the call centre "10210" almost daily with one empty promise after the next about resolution ... ... eventually somebody promised me that the technician will arrive on the 29th December ... surprise ... he didn't ... today the 2nd Jan 2018 and I still have no service ... that said I now need to pay my monthly bill without any service for the past month ... Dealing with Telkom is absolutely impossible they simply don't deliver!
