What a Rude salesman
Yesterday we were looking at Beds at the Gateway stand just outside pep stores and what a rude sales person you have😡, the guy looked like he was drunk and told us straight to get off , he said your company couldn’t be bothered about customers. I asked him time and again if this is how The Bed Doctor treats its customers he told me he doesn’t give a ****. It was a black guy fairly young and clearly not schooled on how business works, I personally will never set foot in any of your shops again because of this experience, and also be going to all platforms i can to share this ********** experience

Manager of the FIX CLOTHING STORE GONE AWOL
On the 1st of July 2018 I went in to one of your Shops in Galleria mall to an exchange and to my disappointment I was advised that the Manager was nowhere to be found in order to authorise my transaction and as a result I couldn't do my exchange. I was very agitated to say the least , how can a Manager just leave their place of work and not answer their cellphone ??? This Manager obviously doesn't take their work seriously. A complete waste of my time cause I had driven specifically to go there. Please hire people who are capable Thanks

Treatment of employees
It is with sadness and disgust that I have to write this. I went through to the new Kfc opposite Knowles Spar in Pinetown Kzn yesterday and witnessed an appalling altercation by the Manager there. She was busy screaming and degrading ine of her staff members so harshly and badly that I decided to leave the place without purchasing my food. I know that good business success stems from happy employees and I shudder to think what will happen to that branch with such a rude Manager. How can one say her employee is useless in front of customers? Maybe that made her feel superior or important but it certainly did not go down well with the customers. I therefore humbly ask KFC to consider disciplining their Managers on how to lead and Manage their employees instead of speaking to them like rubbish. If that lady is suffering from stress she.must stay a t home or take leave . Thank you
