I bought a laptop at Foschini, a day later it had issues, returned it within 7 days of buying it, I was told it needs to be assessed if I am responsible. I eventually bought another laptop from different shop as they were taking time to fix their faulty laptop. I refused to make payments hoping it push them to fix the laptop issue, their credit control started calling, saying I am in arrears, and I explained to their agents that I have dispute with TFG, I got multiple calls, and they were charging R20 per, despite seeing the notes from their colleagues that I have a dispute, Eventually the laptop was credited on my account, I requested that interest relating to the laptop only be reversed. apparently TFG policy doesn't refund/reverse any interest that were charged incorrectly, I have made an arrangement to make payments and close this account.
Ticket [#1953113] - Cancellation of Debit Orders the above is the reference or service ticket to cancel debit orders. Guys reverse the charges you are deducting on my account, I sent an email on 03.11.2020, on 04.11.2020 Serina Sena Govender responded saying the debit orders have been cancelled, but it has 20 days cancellation period, meaning I will still be billed for Nov on 05.12.2020. But I have realised I have was billed again on 05.01.2021, and you guys have ensured that Banks can not reverse these charges, I have been communicating with Serina, but she hasn't responded to my lastest email sent on the 05.01.2021,
I went to Markham Carlton centre to buy a Jean on 11th of Dec(monday), as I was swapping on speedpoint, the lady explained that something went wrong with speedpoint, and therefore I cannot be allowed to take the Jean home, as the money was deducted from my account, It will be reversed, went the following day(Tue), she explained that the department that deals with reversal haven't seen the transaction, something to do with EFT not reflecting immediately, I went back Friday, she said she was told the money was reversed, she gave me two numbers to call, I called numerous times, it only rang and sent to voicemail saying I should leave my numbers I will be called back, The following week I googled TFG group numbers, I finally spoke to Leatrice Steyn, she gave me an email address to launch my complaint, she advised that i attach my Card number, bank statement, I also attached the slip showing the problem the speedpoint had, but it was blocked, Leatrice was kind enough to forward my email, to Bank matching, still I'm still to receive any response. I emailed Leatrice again, she gave me Lloyd Little & Riezqa contacts, even those send me to voice and ask me to leave my numbers I will be called back, Leatrice also gave me Fadia's email, and I'm yet to receive any response. I went to the bank to see if they can reverse the transaction, they explained the money has cleared in Markham's account, therefore it can't be reversed, I can only go to Markham and given hard cash or Markham deposit the money to my account. Who do I contact that all my attempts have gone unanswered ? Better yet, where do I go to get my money back ?
