I want to know how the *******. do these M.O.T.H.E.R.*******.E.R.S get it right to get money from your account without any visible debit order. Can it be that they are such good scammers or is it just that FNB is totally useless. On a monthly basis I have to go through the process of explaining my whole *******.e.n story to FNB and next month I see this. I cant wait to be back in SA to close my FNB account. In the meantime I will keep on reversing my stolen money and Netstar with you *******.e.r.s I will deal when I'm in SA, you can bet on that.
Netstar got it right to steal money from my FNB account without approval, no debit orders was signed and now I'm struggling to get FNB to reverse my money. So my next step is to open a fraud case against both Netstar and FNB and transfer my money out of the FNB account as surely they dont have satisfactory safety measures in place.

Please be aware of signing with any insurance on a vehicle where NETSTAR is involved. I took insurance for my son on his vehicle, I was forced by BUDGET to install a tracker as it's part of their deal. after about a year my son changed to a different insurer, and I canceled Budget. Now 5 months down the line NETSTAR is still taking money from my bank account, I lodged a dispute with my banker as I never signed anything with NETSTAR. My dispute was approved and the money was reversed by my banker. Guess what, NETSTAR handed me over to CREDITWORX, they send me an SMS with the amount reversed as arrears. ;-) ;-) Well NETSTAR, I didn't ask for the tracker, sort it out with BUDGET insurance.
Be aware to say yes for a tracker when any insurance company tells you its mandatory to install a tracker. I took out insurance for my son with Budget and they forced me to install a tracker arranged by them and supplied by Netstar, the insurance was cancelled after a year about 4 months ago. I never signed anything with Netstar as it was a Budget deal/arrangement but yet Netstar still steal money from my account every month.
Excellent assistance from the Outsurance team, especially Amanda. thank you, Ladies and Gentlemen. Much Appreciated.
I've made the mistake of taking insurance with these guys, the call came within literally 2 minutes after I've completed the online quote, I was insured within a total time of 30 minutes, the next step is to upload a vehicle inspection, three days later and it's not working, I've made several calls upload the app numerous times on my phone, I got about 30 OTP's on my phone as well as emails, you can sign in and get **** like pet insurance and all those other **** they want to sell to you, no one is phoning back and no one is answering on any of the correspondence, please note the premie went off, but absolutely no coverage until the inspection is uploaded. Poor poor poor service from OUTSURANCE. What if you have a funeral policy or roadside assistance, you'll be stuck for days next to the road or in a fridge.
So I applied for insurance with Budget, within a couple of minutes I was covered, all payments are up to date, but now that I want to cancel them they don't respond. I've sent them 20+ messages, they just don't call you back at all. Apparently, I can't cancel it online as I got a 3-year contract for a tracker that was part of the package which I didn't sign for at all. So please just call me back and cancel this as I'm trying to get hold of you for the last 6 days.
There's a good side to my story as well, I took possession of a brand new Hyundai i10 in April 2012, I was told that I can buy back the vehicle after my 42 months contract for an estimated balloon payment of 20%. after that term I was given the option to refinance that amount through them as well. Close to the end of that contract, I applied for a second-hand vehicle through them and I was approved. The day when my wife and I went to their premises to sign I explained to Lucy Setuki that I don't want any balloon payments on the second vehicle, she said I don't have to worry as Ariva did away with the balloon payments as the contract was extended to 60 months and then the vehicle will be mine without any monies owed to Ariva and I will notice that my monthly installment is more than on the previous vehicle (much more). Now that my contract is coming to an end in June 2022 I received a letter from Ariva that I can buy the vehicle with a once-off payment of R67000.00 So at the end of the day, I did buy a brand new vehicle for R105000.00 with a monthly installment of R2961.00 over 42 months and a balloon payment of about R30000.00 and I received the papers and keys. the second vehicle was around R112000.00 if I'm not mistaken and it was second-hand, so I'm paying R4500.00 over 60 months and now 5 months before my final payment and after almost 5 years of payments, they want R67000.00 meaning I'm going to pay R338000.00 in total for the R112000.00 vehicle. When I questioned they asked for a letter to own the vehicle after payments, then as we went on in a mail war they said their contracts did change in 2019 and I must pay now to keep it when I said but that change got nothing to do with me as I took the vehicle in 2017 they didn't respond. So my next step will be to print all my mails for the past 5 years and seek legal assistance. Another thing is nowhere since April 2012 did they list me on any credit bureau as a good/bad payer for the 115 months payments received.
I'm so disgusted with the poor service of the fraud department for FNB, as you can see in below inserts, I was defrauded by one of FNB's clients on the 27th of November 2017, where after I opened up a case and send all the relevant documents that FNB requested to their Fraud department to all below addresses for 13 times since I was defrauded and sad to say apart from the auto-reply mail, no one of below FNB staff replied.. ********** Regina" ********** Khoza, Charity ********** Fraud Risk Management" ********** Good day FNB Fraud department, Please check on attached documents and also notify me the outcome of the investigation, I’ve started this process on the 2nd of December and still waiting from someone in your department to contact me, as per your auto reply it will be within 48 hours, but now it is 11 days later. I checked on my phone, I spoke twice to someone at ********** to explain my situation, but was on hold for almost 30 minutes in total with a total duration of 36 minutes to your offices.Good day FNB Fraud department. As you can see in the attachments I've paid money into an account at fnb for building material. But unfortunately the company doesn’t exist, at the address provided is a car wash. The account holder started to threaten me and my family if I don't back off. I've opened a case at OR Tambo International Airport for fraud and the case number is CAS 10/12/2017 and their landline is ********** 503. The FNB account on the invoices belongs to Miss Mpumelelo M. Mogote and the account number is 6 ********** 167. The amount I paid in was R4698.00 cash deposit with reference - Henry. Trace ID is VODSBTDS8TTD on the 27/11/2017 @ 11:31
