I called the Greenwood Park police and Captain Vandayar told me to ignore as they are ****mers. On looking them up on the net I found many negative reviews including them blacklisting innocent people stating they are in arrears with payments to a company that they have no dealings with. Due to identity theft these ****mers victimize people including pensioners like myself. Please put my experience out as a warning to others to beware of this bogus company. Many victims have complained their phone calls are never answered nor are email's acknowledged.
Sent in my Orbitrek in for repairs 3 weeks ago. It had seemingly loose pedals and made a horrible knocking sound when peddling on it. At the end of last week after sitting at the Verimark Durban repair centre for two weeks I was told to fetch it. They had changed the flywheel and told me that all the problems were sorted. I left after paying over a R1000 for the repairs. I came home but could not seem to release the tension on the pedals coz the knob was too tight. After fighting to release the knob, I managed to push the pedals really hard which exhausted me but I discovered then the initial knocking sound I had sent it in to be looked at was still there. I took it back this Monday and on testing it they found the terrible noise still existed so it was booked in for repairs again. Ow i await feedback but unfortunately their phone is never answered and constantly rings. As a result any check or updates needed means I have to drive to the service service centre myself. A couple of staff gave me their cell nos but even those don't get answered. It's three weeks gone and next week I will drive there to check on progress. Nobody at Verimark seems to care enough about their customers.
Engen garage Rinaldo road should be shut down. It is a disgrace as far as service stations go and the entire garage area is a shambles. This morning I went there on my way to the airport to fill up my tank. On getting there I noticed but did not much worry about a sandy strip linking from one bowser to the other. It looked like an incomplete tar repair job that was covered over with umgeni sand exactly like an incomplete or temporary repair on our main roads. The strip of sand was not very wide. I drove into the bowser area only to find that my car wheels stuck in the sand and carried on spinning with no traction at all. It was i now discovered not a sandy strip but actually It was a deep narrow trench filled with sand. The attendant told me to reverse which lodged my car in deeper then to go forward with the same result except now my car front bumper was s****ing the tar in front and almost came off. I asked him to push out the car from the front which he failed to do. Another motorist saw my plight and ran to help to push my car backwards to save my bumper. Needless to say I did not fill my tank. I simply drove out vowing never to go back. The previous time when I had gone there the attendant had filled my wheels with the wrong pressure in spite of me stressing what pressure they take.
I have personally been assisted by Kameel who is the Manager at Dischem Durban North. On hearing the nature of my problem, he agreed he could help although it would be a long tedious process and he was correct as a mighty process it turned out to be. My nightmare began when I had lost an important Dischem Card that had funds on it. To my distress nobody could help me to find the card or get a replacement. I had misplaced it at a Dischem store on one of my previous shopping trips. All big stores have their policies they have to abide by and I understand this. In desperation I called Melanie who is the Manager at Dischem La Lucia and to my great surprise she listened and promised to do all she could to help me. She immediately got in touch with Kameel who is the Manager at Dischem Durban North as La Lucia and Durban North stores are the two stores I frequent the most. She had told me she was going to speak to him so I called Kameel later that day and once again I told him the nature of my problem. He promised to do all he could to help me but he did warn me that it would be a lengthy process. After a couple of weeks and a lot of motivation from him the Dischem Head Office got my issues resolved. It was in time for me to have a great happy festive period. These staff members really went the extra mile for me. If it had not been for Kameels persistence and motivation my problems would not have been resolved. I have shopped at Dischem for years and will continue giving them all my full and loyal support. Dischem stores are the best. I want the Dischem Company to know that they have the best staff that I have ever encountered in all my shopping years. These two people especially Kameel rise head and shoulders above everybody else.
Further to my article heres more information about Kamal SIngh who owns the business Showcase Kitchens. Someone who had this man work for him doing up his kitchen had the same horrific experience as I did. He advised me of other cell numbers that Kamal Singh who resides in the former Springtown area uses. His cell nos are ********** 341, ********** 551, ********** 264. He intimidated me knowing that I live alone and there was nobody to support or back me up when I pointed out his wrong doings. He becomes threatening and very intimidating just plain ignoring me although I was the client. Please do not let this man do any work for whoever reads this as well as warning others about Kamal Singh who owns Showcase Kitchens. He spends a lot of time praising himself and shows off about his holy attitude to life and his love and fear of God. His behaviour is the exact opposite of what he says...... As a responsible concerned citizen it is my duty to warn the public about this fraudulent so called holy God fearing person.
Hi on the 09th January 2018 I called outsurance to get them to reduce my car premiums. The agent I spoke to was Tando Skollo. He was excellent in all respects. He was courteous and well mannered and extremely well spoken. He did bring down my premiums and I am most grateful to him for his absolute caring attitude. I must add that all my experiences with Outsurance has been extremely rewarding and I have never yet been disappointed with them or their service. They are excellent.
