I fumigated my house at least 4 times for roaches with no positive result over two years. In August last year I saw a billboard for Verminator and decided to try them. I am delighted to feedback that my home has been roach free since they did the first service in August and a top-up service in October! The service technician was very knowledgeable, professional and polite and explained what he was doing in detail. I Highly recommend this service provider!

I have been supporting Honda Midrand since 2007 when I bought my car there. I have all services and repairs done there over the years. In December however they advertised discounts on their motor vehicle services but when I had my vehicle serviced there and enquired about the services, I was told that they do not apply. The person I spoke to waffled and deflected each time I enquired about the specials. He only made reference to the one service which did not apply. The other thing they did which caused some confusion for me was charging a very high labour rate per hour. His reasoning for this was that there was "intensive labour" involved. If you're charging a rate per hour, why should the intensity of the labour be a contributing factor to the rate when surely a "labour intensive" service will take more time anyway? The one thing Honda has become noteable for in the market is inflating their costs whenever they can get away with it.
I received great service from Vusi Rihlampfu in Customer Services when I called in to insure a new device. He was efficient, accommodating and very pleasant to chat to during the call.
