I have been supporting this Spar for many years through all of it ownership changes, I have never had a problem and most of the people know me from shopping there so frequently. On this occasion I went with my girlfriend and she paid separately at another till while I paid at another for 4 red bulls not even 2 tills away. I then walked back to my girlfriend and placed them with what we had purchased in one packet to save buying another. I was then accused of trying to take the red bulls without paying. The lady from whom I had just purchased the red bulls from had already thrown the till slip away as I did not want it. She signalled to the teller who refused to accept my purchase as valid and made her dig the till slip out of her bin. I then went to the manager to question if this is how they treat paying customers to which he replied that he doesnt know what a thief looks like and that the way in which the teller handled the situation was correct. This Spar no longer knows anything about customer service and as a result I will never support the Spar Brand ever again. They have completely lost touch with the people who live 1 street away
i suffered the worst ,most oil soaked burger i have ever had the displeasure to eat. I wouldnt reccommend feeding their food to even animals. the Crispy stack burger was saturated with oil and grease so badly that the packet it came in disintegrated. I have taken pictures of this and will happily show them to anyone to prove my case. Disgusting .... what is even worse is that i specially asked them to make the bacon and onions as crispy (burnt) as possible... there simply is no other excuse other than they obviously just dont give a damn and want to go home
I have cancelled my Telkom Internet on May 05 2018 and according to their website , it takes 30 working days to cancel their service . I have received a case number as well . On June 21 2018 , I phone them and spoke to Portia of which she said that my internet service would be cancelled within three to five working days , apparently something went went wrong with Telkom backlog and that is why the account wasn't cancelled . Today (July 31 ) , I phoned them again and spoke to Nandiphe on the same 10210 and was told by her the same said backlog problem and that Portia did not know what she was talking about . I am still struggling to cancel my account since May 05 2018
January 19 , I am a regular client who has spent a large portion of money in the Cash Crusaders Stall in Kenilworth Today I was completely ignored and was the only client in the entire store . When i addressed this matter to Roxanne , I was told that because I am a regular client I don't need to be served at all .
