I app**** for a Rewards Card as my old card Expired, when i tried to activate the New Card which i collected from a Nedbank Branch i was unable to do so. Got message that your card has been restricted. Went into the branch to see if i can be helped, a very helpful lady assisted and called Amex Rewards card, to find out what the problem was. A new card was issued but was registered on the system can you believe this? 1 month now and the issues is not resolved. if you think you can get though you in for a surprise, you will be out on hold for hours. Emails will get answerer in 7 to 21 days of you lucky. This is supposed to be a top 5 Bank.
Sunday Times has the worse delivery services in Northcliff. if it's raining forget about your Sunday paper. you will receive a Newspaper that's wet. Try complaining to the Distributions Manager who is never available to take calls. Why can't the paper be delivered in a plastic sleeve when its raining?
I had a geyser burst over the New Year Week end and had to replace the Geyser. i was informed to contact Kwikot SA as the geysers normally have 5 Years Guarantee. I emailed Ruline du ploy asking if the her to send out a Technician to inspect the geyser. The response i got from this Service Department reads as follows: As per warranty booklet -geyser will be void when the geyser is removed from installation. How do you not remove a leaking geyser, from installation? I then receive a message Your service call has been registered Ref No. You will be notified shortly to finalise an appointment by a Technician . Sent By Ruline do ploy. On enquiring about the Technician coming out, i get the same response an above about removed fro installation. This is by far the worse Service Person Onions to Ruline and Kwikot SA.
