Cannot login. Cannot reset password. There are no phone numbers to get support. Not sure how a 24-48hr response time is appropriate when the event is the same day.
Vodacom unilaterally deleted my number. Reason saying it was inactive for a certain period. I had that number for over 20yrs and had inactive periods before. They refuse to reinstate my number. They are technically incapable of fishing that number out of the system and assigning it back to me. I am looking forward to being a MTN customer for the next 20yrs or so. Goodbye Vodacom.
Ive held a Discovery Credit Card for about 5 years now without any real problems. Since 23 May when the administration of the card was moved from FNB to this new Discovery Bank, everything has bombed. Email service has ceased. Phone calls take 15min or longer to be answered. I have called maybe 10 times over a simple OTP issue which still has not been resolved. My OTP would come via email, but that has stopped for some reason.
A ticket from Harare to Vic Falls (return) was erroneously booked for 23 Feb when it was meant to be late June. This ticket cost USD$174. When I try to change the ticket, you want to charge a fee of USD$165. I can't see any justification for such a high fee at all. Please advise.
